  1. Orlando got a lot of talent. They just really really raw
  2. Bogi is really good at Basketball
  3. This is one of those games I don't feel we are playing as well as the score.
  4. Funny you wrote this because I just heard Travis confirm it a second ago listening to the link someone posted in the other thread. That sucks. At least we got Hunter back for the playoffs
  5. I hope Clint could play in limited mins.
  6. It also wouldn't shock me if he got in the rotation v. a team like Brooklyn, Warriors, Lakers, Utah where they have a tremendous guard situation that can make it tough for us. But v. Miami, NYK, or even Philly, he's not needed much.
  7. It's going to be interesting to see how this plays out in the long run.
  8. Cam looked tremendous against Boston in Nate's for game he coached for us. People counting him out are foolish at best. Cam has tremendous talent and potential. We gotta understand he's not Snell or Hill. His potential impact means we can play him against LeBron, Durant, PG13, and other elite players and he gets their respect as well.
  9. I can see your point. I do believe he's going to be a good starter in this league for 10-12 seasons but his fit with Trae is so damn difficult and the Bogi signing hurt his long term prospects with us to a degree.
  10. Trae and Cam don't rank right now for me. Trae and Bogi do. We will see on Trae/Cam. I still believe Atlanta isn't close to knowing who are core is when we become contenders. We are still so young in our process.
  11. This is hard question. Because for a season, it's Mookie/Smitty. For a career, Bibby/Iso Joe was probably our best. There were as good as it got for us. Jeff was at his best with Korver and they got a case as well. I didn't see Lou and Pete together so I can't say yay or nay to them.
  12. Mookie and Smitty one season was tremendous. Mookie was a top 15 player in the NBA and Smitty was a top 25 player in that season. While Trae been a top 25 player this year to me, Bogi was a bottom 200 player till LP got fired and been playing like a top 25 player since. That said, Trae is better right now than that Mookie was. This is just a much better era in general.
  13. It's way too early to say his signing didn't workout as he will likely opt-in next year. He hasn't been healthy the entire year. He has no rhythm with the rotation, his defense isn't quite there yet and his shooting was horrendous. He played 42 mins and his WAR is a -0.4. He has been less effective than even Goodwin for us.
  14. The biggest difference is how the guys are used and what Nate sees as good Basketball. LP even with the win would have thought we played perfect. He would have said we got a lot of good shots, we just missed a lot. Nate was like, we are settling too much. Run the offense. Nate sees the game differently. LP likes when we jack up a lot of threes. Hell, he even like Cam doing it when it clearly wasn't working. Nate wants guys to play smarter and to their strengths. Bogi was a -1.1 WAR player for us and looking like a scrub under LP. Under Nate, he plays like he did at Sacramento but better because we got better players. That's a fact. LP used him to be Klay Jr. Nate wants him to play his game. Bogi has to be in rhythm. He's not a low touches player which he was under LP. Cam was another one used like shit and to be the next Klay Jr. Under LP. In the two games with Nate for Cam, his Boston game was his best I've seen. He was used to be a rich man's Chandler Hutchinson. Cutting, attacking off overplay, not force into creating from the PnR but to score off of it and be versatile. He was threatening and he had both Tatum and Brown guarding him doing this work. It was a work of art. Trae played like Zeke at times and like Marbury most of the time under LP but under Nate, he's been Zeke Jr. Nate wanted him to mix new school with the old school and he looks tremendous. Kevin was a -0.6 WAR player under LP and hasn't had a positive WAR with the Trae pairing in his entiring career. But Nate has figured out how to use Kevin with Trae and the results have been better than average. Not great but much better than it was under LP. Capela been more effective with Nate on offense. Defensively, he's been the same. JC been more effective on defense with Nate, offensively, slightly worse. Hunter is the only one I haven't seen improvement under Nate but he's been hurt for 99% of Nate's time as the temp or interim. He played like 4 games with Nate at most. LP wasn't trash but how he saw the game is massively different than how Nate sees it. He also understands HC a lot better as he is one of the best in the NBA and LP was new and more creative. LP clearly taught something's to Nate because Nate is playing LP ball with Nate adjustment and tendencies. We aren't playing pure Nate ball but Nate plays to his team's strengths. The first three point shooting squad we all knew of in the NBA was Seattle squad with Allen, Rasho, and Rashard Lewis, who would shoot you off the court in NBA Live 2005.
  15. Like I told my best friend. Dunn will likely not play again outside of a spurt or two. This will be a redshirt year for him like it was for Capela last year. He will learn the system and play next year. Snell missed about 10 games and moved back into the rotation like nothing happened. Hunter did as well with minute restrictions.
  16. He made his three when we needed it the most. Daniel was clearly gassed but it was like when LP didn't put back Capela in saying he is gassed. He wasn't gassed that late into the game. Just admit you liked what you had on the court and you felt they just needed to make shots.
  17. I was fuming but he wasn't the only one. Kevin, Bogi, Lou, and Gallo weren't making open threes either. JC wasn't as well till the end.
  18. Trae should get a lot of All NBA 3rd team votes. Him and Westbrook are neck and neck in my eyes. Kyrie missed too many games and Steph and Lillard got 1st/2nd on lock.
  19. Travis, you did it!
  20. Clint didn't have his best defensive game but he played his ass off in the last 3 mins like a DPOY
  21. He did but they weren't stupid turnovers. Washington made some tremendous plays on defense
