Teague just needs to be aggressive and quit playing like a chump. But that is a nice and crafty move Dennis uses.
-
Only way Hawks can win this series is if Teague steps up. 12PPG on 29% from the field and 12% from 3 is not going to cut it.

Teague is still having good games but since George has been checking him he hasnt been as confident as he was in the first game. -

While agree, average point guards are still going to get me at least a bucket. Its sonething wrong with Jeff mentally far as basketball is concerned, no way a player with his abilities should EVER have a night like tonight. -

No hate. Just dont understand this guy. -
Bledsoe is on Steroids lol that is all
-
He really does struggle against the better Point Guards in the NBA
-
Am I the only one who notices that when he goes up against PG's with bigger names than him he's nowhere to be found? With the exception of a few games here and there,Teague really doesnt play good when matched up with someone who is better than him.

Teague has been a dominate force these last 4 games.

Teague is such a headache the guy goes off for four straight games, and then turns in a 10pt and 9pt game.Damn I wanna defend him but he makes it so hard to defend him. -

The only thing repeated was hops.Being faster and quicker than them is a valuable trait/ability especially when discussing Point Guards.Handles is not athleticism, ballhandling is a skill and once again very important when dealing with Point Guards.Explosiveness may be apart of athleticism but that doesnt mean its being redundant,Teague is just as fast and quick as Westbrook, but Westbrooks explosiveness sets him apart from Teague and many other Point Guards in the league.Being a good slasher is part athleticism but also skill,Teague is alot quicker than Chris Paul but I think Paul is one of the best penetraiting Point Guards in the leage and he isnt one of the fastest nor quickest but he's smart,so once again your wrong. And open floor speed is athleticism again but it's another valuable trait and different from halfcourt speed and quickness. So where was I redundant at again? -

No everything I said was different, each one of them are different traits. And I dont think Schröder nor Mack will be better than Teague in two years -

He's faster and quicker than both Dennis and Mack,he has more hops than both, slightly better handles than Dennis, abit more handles than Mack, more hops than both of them, more explosive than oth of them, better slasher than them, faster in the open floor than them, did I miss anything? -
3Soon to be 4 MVPs2 Rings2FMVPsBeating Durant for one of those ringsNo debate Thank you

O its very clear cut,Lebron is a better all around player than Durant and clearly turns gears off and on when he chooses look at his play since All-star game dude has tooken it to another level when he clearly was coasting before All-Star.3 soon to be 4 MVPs2rings2FMVPsAnd knocking Durant out of the finals yrs ago

Teague is a beast has been one since Wake Forest problem is he loses his confidence quick and is inconsistent. But Teague's abilities>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Macks and Schroders abilities combined -
No there's no debate today over who the best player is,Lebron James is clearly the best player in the NBA KDis for sure 2nd tho.

No one has ever said Teague sucks,we know he can perform at a high level any night its just he is so inconsistent we never know which Teague is gonna show up.Dont get it twisted thats my man. -

Yea, dude has serious jets in the open floor and excellent agility/quickness in the halfcourt, he can handle the ball and knows how to utilize his speed, its just he's mentally weak.Look at guys who are just as quick and as fast if not faster:John WallTy LawsonTony ParkerEric BledsoeAll these guys keep coming at you no matter what, theyKNOW you cant check them even if you stopped them 6 times in a row.Hell look at Russell Westbrook dudes been out of action for a minute, but came right back instantly with that aggressive basketball that he plays.Teague doesnt have that in him all the time, we see aggressive unstoppable Teague once every 10 games, Im not saying he could be on the level of Westbrook, but no reason why Teague shouldnt be considered a Top 10-15 PG, with his talent and athleticism. But once again if you watched him at Wake you already knew what to expect. -

Teague's from Indianapolis,Indiana I dont think that's the suburbs, He's from the ghetto, but just because your from the ghetto doesnt automatically make you tough, stereotyping at its finest,no offense taken tho.Because in all honesty the toughest not the best but the toughest basketball players Ive went against were white boys from the burbs, they NEVER back down in basketball. Its all about heart and mental toughness not where your from and Teague just seems to lack that. -

Once again Jeff Teague is the type of guy who can make an All-Star team if put in the right situation, nothing stands out about Teague as a PG besides his Speed, quickness and ballhandling.Ido think Teague could average 22&8 if he werent so mentally weak, but if you followed him during his Wake Forest days you wouldnt be suprised with his stretch of good play followed by a stretch of terrible play,he's been like that since college. -
Ok he is in a long bad funk but be foreal the worst starting pg in the league???? 28 Starting pg's better than him????Thats absurd.
