I like both players.. in the playoffs Bud should have used Scott at the 4 and Moose at the 5 together in the rotation..

I like the idea of keeping the core in tact but at a price..If some team is truly hell bent at stealing away an Atlanta Hawk player and are willing to significantly over spend then we got to reshuffle the Cards..its just business...I think if Rick Carlisle can utilize Monta effectively I think that coach Bud can do the same..

He makes the team better because Carroll's D can be replace..We all love Carroll but we can't let our love make us insane 15 million could net us Gerald Green and Ellis..

Don't get me wrong I love Carroll but he was pushed around pretty good by Lebron James so if we do pay this guy 10 million it would have to be on a 3yr deal with a team option in yr 3..

I agree I would love to see Ellis play in this pace and Space offense..

I think for 12 Million I would rather have Ellis..We could move Korver to the Bench start Monta at the 2 with Sefalosha at the 3..Use Korver, Bazemore and a big Wing out the draft,for insurance in case the Teague/Ellis backcourt is too small.. I'm sorry but we need more bang for our buck for 12 million real talk..I love Carroll but no..

It would be a huge mistake if we over pay guys based off projections.. Until the actual cap is set the hawks should be patient with there cap space..I just have a serious problem with paying any player 15 million who isn't averaging 20 ppg..Millsap maybe Carroll Hell to the No! Teams like the Knicks hindered themselves tremendously with reckless cap management..

If we pay Carroll/Sap 15 mil bye bye Teague/Dennis or Horford when their deals are up..

Demarre is doing too much prostituting to the media about free agency..if some idiot team wants to pay a 12 ppg player anything over 8 million the hawks should let him walk.. No way this guy should make more than Teague..I watched K. Leonard and Lebron have there way with this guy..He is a good lil player but is too light for the elite 3's..The hawks should be smart with their money..I would pay Jeff Green 10 or Gerald Green 5 before I pay Carroll over 8..

Kevin Love is Soft and Kyrie short arms has no D..The outcome prolly would be the polar opposite if both were playing..Tristan Thompson is doing a lot of the dirty work but he was neutralized by the switch we made by putting Horford on him in game 3..

I think if we win game 4 we definitely will win game 5 in ATL..We won 19 straight so its possible that we can win 4 straight.We deserve to give the fans a win at home..We are on life support but we showed vital signs this last game.. I hope the guys show pride and continue to fight..

If they are going to allow the Barkley rule to be ignored we should make the permanent adjust of Sap on Bron to take away that high percentage post up...

Teague isnt going to get those fouls in the playoffs but one that play in overtime when teague missed his final layup he had a step on Lebron and should have flushed it but changed to the finger roll and blew it..smh

Yep..The Warriors are going to destroy the Cavs and where has this level of aggression been from Lebron James?! His passive ass is being uber aggressive vs Hawks..If he had played with this type of heart in the mavs and spurs finals he would have 2 more championships..

I have no problem with Baze as the secondary option on Bron but the talent on the roster need to be maximized and a bigger body need to be on James from the onset..He is not a guy who penetrates with quickness but is more of a guy who powers his way to the basket.. Hopefully Pop holla at his boy and convince him to go big..

AHF if we can make him rely on fadeaways we are definitely good..but Bud is going to go with an even smaller body and allow the guy to have his way..

You are absolutely right KG..its really the only alternative at this point..Bazemore should be kept on the bench and be inserted to matchup with JR Smith.. With a better offensive game from Sap and Dennis and Jr morphed back into his low percentage ways we can be fine..but Bud has been horrible at making adjustments and based off the press conference Bud stated that we can expect a heavier dosage of Bazemore which will doom us..

I mean its discouraging that we might be without Demarre but with the right adjustments we can still beat the Cavaliers.. All of the analyst from Isaiah, Kenny Smith,and weak ass Dennis Scott are going on and on about how Sap can't guard Lebron but based off what I seen in the regular season and during the final stretch of the game this is totally untrue.. These people don't understand Sap's versatility as far as being able to guard on the perimeter and in the post..With Demarre possibly out Bud need to put our next best player over 6'6 on Lebron..Sap was able to stay attached to him..Lebron's game off the bounce in the half court is weak.. He has no shake and bake and is simply a straight line driver.. When we were down 4 the only way Lebron got loose was because of a screen that we guarded poorly.If we keep Sap on him and take away his high percentage post game then we will be in good shape.. But the thing is if we are going to switch Sap permanently on Bron we are going to have to go Big.. We can't afford to go even smaller with a SG in Bazemore on Bron..We are already getting killed on the boards. We must go Big and start either Mike Scott or Muscala..If Bud listens to the haters and goes even smaller were are done..smh

I have been visiting the site daily and have just came to the conclusion that Bud knows best..The team is playing exceptionally well and I have been watching every game..I'm so proud right now to be a life long hawks fan..But u guys are right I have been wrong for being quiet and should be giving props for the troops balling out!
