Yeah...i was already thinking about the Hawks maybe going after Diaz, i like Diaz a lot, i think he has more upside than most of the other point guards in this draft, he has insane athletic ability, and he played really well in the games i saw him in so far this year, he seems to step it up in bigger games too If the hawks could get Bogut and Diaz...i would be really pleased

I love this trade, Walker is gone...the hawks have a 1st round pick, still the same cap space after the season...and to top it off that annnoying Employee8 character will probably not be a hawk fan anymore

Walkers value may be lower than it was when he was with the Celtics...but c'mon...2 2nd rounders? are you kidding? theres no way i would trade walker for 2 2nd rounders...you dont trade the best player on your team for 2 2nd rounders...Walker may have a few tendencies that i wish he didnt have, but he is a much better player than people give him credit for, and im sure most GM's around the league wouldnt mind having a 20 ppg 6-9 forward who can pass the ball, so yeah...they will get more than 2 2nd rounders if they do trade him oh and by the way...no im not one of those Walker fans who showed up on this board when he became a Hawk...haha

You left out the part where he said he and kidd were both losers...that was one of the best parts... he was right about being a loser, but if i was putting together a team and i had to choose between Kidd, and Marbury in their primes...id go with Kidd every time

I'm not a huge Harrington fan, i wouldnt mind if he was traded, i think he is playing Josh Smith's spot and he doesnt rebound enough to be good power forward, but id definitely trade walker as well, i would at least like to see the hawks get a draft pick out of this instead of just lose him in free agency for nothing, also id definitely sign swift to replace walker at power forward, and then j-smoove can replace harrington at small forward i wouldnt draft Chris Paul, i think he is very overrated and he is so small and he isnt that strong, i dont think he will be all that great in the NBA

Harrington reminds me of Reef a lot...but he is more atheletic and has a better perimeter game...its like de ja vu when i see harrington get the ball inside and have such a hard time getting it in the basket...getting his shots blocked or altered...

im not sure if they hired the wrong coach, i mean Woodson has one of the worst bunches of players in the league, no center, no point guard...you know its going to be hard to win with that, josh smith is playing 2 guard...thats not his position, Harrington is playing 3 and walker the 4, that should be switched, walker is better on the outside and Al is better on the inside, so wait now that i think about it...mike woodson is a retard

I really want walker to be traded, he is putting up numbers yeah, and i like him, i think he is a good player, but he doesnt need to be on the Hawks at this point in the rebuilding , he would be much better off playing for a team that has a chance to win, and im sure he would rather play for a winner so why not go ahead and trade him, at least it would generate a little excitement and also i would use this lineup Ivey Childress Smith Harrington Drobnjak They already lose every game anyway, so why not let the rookies play and get more experience, probably lose more games too which is good, we need to get that first pick, and the Hornets have a worse record now, the hawks cant even be the best at being the worst...

10 blocks?? are you kidding me? I have been very impressed with Josh Smith, he passes well, he blocks shots like crazy, in interviews he seems like a really bright kid, and he is just so athletic its scary... when he gets more comfortable with handling the ball in traffic and develops a consistent outside shot ( and im pretty sure he will because he seems to have a pretty good stroke already ) i think that he will be one of the best all around players in the league

i had made a poster earlier saying that Childress was a crap player and that he would never be good, boy was i wrong,and i totally admit it... The last few games Childress has shown tons of potential and i hate it when he isnt on the floor, heck i think its time for him to be a starter... kudzu...like how i am cleaning up my language?
