I don't post allot but I love to see the opinions of my fellow fans. But when it gets personal I just shake my head and wonder if people come here in lieu of a productive life. I know you can have a life and still post but you will not have time to call people out of there names. I would love those two person threads to be moved it would make for more interesting reading.

This year we have had a very big problem making baskets. Whats the deal. do we have a shoot around before the game? DId htey change the size of the hoop for practice. We seem to have a scoring drought every night. Then we have a bad scoring game. So what are we going through all the bad things. First we had turnover problems. Now Shooting. What next Foul problems?

I was worried about the fellas while I was out. But I guess it was for the best I enjoyed this evening instead of being here pissed off at another 3rd quarter.

You know what we could use CC's hustle mentality right now. Maybe it would motivate the team. But to me he never had the talent. I just loved the way he played with all his heart. But like you say that only gets you so far. Well it will make you a millionare at least.

Could we get one of the party rooms or dare I say club room?

Well I am in Atlanta I am sure I could make it if nothing comes up but I agree we need to put it out a few weeks and make it a weekend game.

What would we compare it to? The last four seasons do we know if they were tanked or not? We don't have the most positive outlook for this season. So if we have a bad season the shield would be that we expected it. I think the chances would be greater than 1/28(1/29 with the expansion team) if he wants to come to the east.

You know I liked seeng the athletasim of Trvis Hensen. He impressed me. I hope we don't let him go. But you know the Hawks.

I just want to know cause we gave Theo much bad talk for not playing but you don't hear much about CC sitting on the IR for at least 2 years.

I mean dude has not played for so long. He has to really get back in the game. Plus he was not all that good in the first place.

As a human I wish the best for everyone. This man has been through a lot. Fan or no fan of Dj you have to respect his will to get on with his life. As far as what he did or did not do for the Hawks, how can you put all the blame on him? I mean if he went against the grain of the coaching staff he would not have any PT. As far as him not being that good of a player; there are a couple of hundred college players trying to get into the NBA. 6th pick or 46th pick you have to be better than the average college player. Now to come back to the NBA after a life altering injury over these same qualified collegiate players proves that you are still better than the averege collegiate player. So much so that a professional scout, coach, Gm and others saw reason to give this person a chance. Now we as couch potato Hawksquakers who are we to judge this mans performance? Give credit where credit is due and complain about the people that get paid to make decisions that we only pretend to have the talent to do.

DerMarr Johnson, who missed all of last season with a neck injury with Atlanta, had eight points and seven rebounds in 12 minutes. I just wanna see him succed. Thats all. I still support him. I still like how he played.

Every Year I am optimistic however I expect so much from the Hawks. I mean I was one of the biggest complainers when they were getting kicked out of the second round year after year. Its like a beautiful woman taking you to bed everynight kissing you and then saying good night. Now I am at the point that I am not sure if I want that back or do I still want more form this team. I just don't think I will be satisfied with a playoff spot. Am I pesemistic I don't think so but I just don't get as excited as I used to. Don't get me wrong. I will still be at the games. I will still sit in fornt of my Boob tube for two hours everyother night. But I just don't have the excitement I once had.

I am really happy just to see him get another chance at life. I mean he went through a lot. Now to be playing again when not long ago it was unsure that he would even walk. That is a blessing.

I have to agree with these guys. It is easy for us to take for granted what you guys do for us. We don't see the work you put into this. Who are we to complain if you take a month to get things fixed. I am just glad there are people like you to Help others enjoy life.

I mean. I did not hear all this moaning and groaning when CC got a contract. Are you guys saying that CC is more valuable than JT? I mean I like CC but I don't think he made the team or his contract just on his talent. I think a lot depended on his heart and hustle. That’s what you guys are saying that JT has. So it is fair that CC gets the money and JT gets the so sorry so sad treatment. Com'n. Remember the statement "so goes JT so goes the Hawks” He was the teams motivation if nothing else. I am not saying we need an overpaid cheerleader ala Lon Krueger. I am just saying JT brought a lot to this team. All he is saying is show me you appreciate me for the past and I will give you more the future. Give the man the money.

It's not fair to judge Dj based on the summer league. I mean if I am trying to make sure that I am availible for my career. I would take it easy to make sure I can get my big payday. Why chance an injury and end it all once and for all.

year after year we take what we have and put together an educated guess as to how well the Hawks will do. What happens??????? Some of everything. Nothing yet to the positive. However they have an excuse for everything.
