I called for pricing of the suites. So far I was quoted 3500 for 20 people and $90 for each additional person. That includes food and beverage. That is the lower price the price goes up with different menu choices. I was hoping that some of the season ticket holders could get a better deal.

What gives him the lable as injury prone? Was zeke Injury prone when he broke his arm. Is it a precentage of time that they spend hurt or is it how many times they get hurt. Was Alen Henderson injury prone? I guess what I am getting at is. If a player gets hurt a lot but still playes what is his lable? If a player is not what a coach wants/needs and is hidden on the injury list but is not injured is he injury prone?

Is it out of the question now? Or is it that we don't need him anymore. I am all for having too much talent. Not ala Portland but Chemestry and talent.

Am I missing something because I still see the old Hawks. JT,SJ,and JP.

On top of that we have a team full of people with something to prove. No laid back contract happy players. Most of the players are going to need a contract at the end of the year or they are going to want more money. I just don't see anyone laughing and joking on the bench when we are down by 20. I really don't think the coach will be clapping his hands when we are loosing no matter by how much. If not a winning season it will be exciting.

Can we send questions and or suggestions to the owners now?

What happens to Damp if no one picks him up? Does he go back to GS or does he have to sit out a year(NBA) and see if some one can pick him up next year?

in investing in the fans. Could we get more family night outs? Something to get the bandwagon fans out to support our team.

If we don't spend all of our cap money this year, where does it go? Can we combine it with what we have for next year? Let’s say we have a salary cap of 53M but we only use 50M do we have 56M for next year. I know that can not be true but I have to ask because I still think that they should lower the ticket prices so that we could get better fan participation. If we could take that 3M that someone is pocketing and add it to the ticket pool then maybe we could lower prices a buck or two. I guess what I really need to know is that money a use it or loose it type deal or does our spirit team become more spirited with 3M extra in their pockets. I truely belive that fans make a team play better. So lets spend 3M on fans that is the best bench player anyone could ever have. Because you have so many to choose from.

Yes loosing takes its toll but most of all it is blow out games, Games with no competitiveness, watching a team laugh and joke while they loose, or a coach clapping his hands when he should be throwing a chair at someone, listening to some dry commentators that you question which team they are watching. What I hated was not being able to celebrate in the 4th qtr when your team is up by 10 with a min to go cause we just might lose this one. I don’t mind loosing games but if we can fix these problems at lest I can watch the game with pride. Maybe I can jump up when we have a fast break because I know it’s show time, maybe I can throw both arms up in the air when AW catches the ball on the wing. And most of all I can get in somebody’s face when the Hawks are up by 10 with a min to go. I will be confident that the game is over. I will be happy with this for now. The winning; it will come but for now I just want to enjoy the game.

I know it is hard to pick from the weekend home games. Does this mean that no one is interested in the Ideal of having a Hawksquawk night out?

Now that the schedual is complete. I would like to see what month would everyone be interested in as far as going to the game. I ask this because, lets say we are going after swift and this pending offer is holding us back from signing swift. Could we then knowing that swift will entertain an offer from us and that it is very feasible for us to get him. Could we then say you know what Damp we have a better deal and we no longer desire your services for the offered price however if you would not mind playing here for say 2-3 Mil we would be happy to have you.

How is he holding us back from any other trades or free agents. We still have some money to pay someone else. Unless we are concidering giving him more money.

You guys would do this while I am in Memphis. We still need to set up a game to go to during the season. I will be home before the season starts.

Whats the deal with our commentators? If I remember correctly we have new ones or a new one I forget does anyone remember.

I love to see all the new posters. I love being a part of a group of people that are loyal. We know that the Hawks have not given us much to be loyal about but we are the ones to remain true. I love taking all the insider information and rumers to all the soon to be bandwagon fans. After I get the "why are you a Hawks fan" responce they seem generally interested. I wish there would be a way to seperate the bandwagon fans and the loyal fans when this happens.

I don't know if It was the people. I just wish they were more excited. So I could get more excited during the game. It was hard listning to the radio and watching the game at the same time.

Chills I would love to be a part of organizing this if not the led. I was just hoping that someone new someone on the inside that could get us a good deal. That way we could maximize our attendance. Maybe get some recognition.

I don't mind organizing but I am sure that I am going to have to wait on the schedual and the pricing for next season. I guess I am just casualy getting information and pre-participation plans to work on in the off season. I just need to know what anyone knows at this point and who all would like to be involved.

I think this was brought up a time or two in the past. I was wonder during the off-season while there is not much to talk about; could we figure out a way to attend a game or two together. I was thinking maybe a box or party room. I know I researched a couple of years ago and a party room was $800 for 6 people. I don't know if that is still true or not. I don't know if there is a better deal or if they would give discounts for organizations I.E Hawksquawk. I could research it but I first wanted to know if some of the season ticket holders know anything or anyone else on this board for that matter. I also wanted to know everyone's opinion about this. I figured if we plan ahead maybe we could let some of the out-of-towners have a chance to participate. Plus we could have a chance to centralize funds prior to purchase.

I guess it is kinda hard to determine support by game attendance simply because of the financial strain it may put on some people. I know me personally the price has a direct affect on how many games I go to. I attend at least 7 or 8 games a season no matter what but I would love to attend more. However I do believe that attendance is the very essence of support. It is hard for a player to know how much you support the team if you are yelling at the TV screen. I know when I played if someone was calling my name or cheering every time a good play was made it made me play harder. That’s why I wish more people would go to more games or at least we could put together a few games that we should all try to attend. Maybe we set the dates at the beginning of the year so that people have time to prepare. Maybe try to get our seats in the same section. Maybe we could put in money to rent a box seat for a game or two. I am not sure how that works. Maybe some season ticket holders could help us out.
