Bah - screw those guys..... i got my Live 06 today and very disappointed theres no Salim in it.....wtf is that?!? yeah - the squad, after you get JJ on the team - can run with the best of em'. very nice. i found that indiana has one of the best rounded teams in the league in live - check em out. btw, @ the season ticket holder we had @ julians @ Discover Mills Mall......Jsmoove just sat in the corner to himself all night...didnt speak a word to much anyone.... i think he's just gotta get it all in - he's still a young kid who was in high school not long ago -- just give em time (and yeah, a public speaking coach would help if he's gonna become one of the marquee names and promoters...)

I'm a jersey Guru - so i'll tell you.....there are no mid-level hawks jerseys available that most people like to wear....swingman style - in between cheaper screen-pressed, and expensive authentics... the last time these were made were for Shareef and JT..... now all we can get is the ugly (to me at least) screen-pressed replicas. Nike stopped producing the nice swingman jerseys and reebok took over.....i was hopeful they'd give us some swingman jerseys but i was wrong. the only one they produced was a white on white, and black on black Al Harrington jersey - which is more for style than for the typical fan.... like i said before, when I was in NYC the -- i went the morning after the Draft to pickup an authentic Marvil Williams jersey - and they didnt even have any BLANKS to make the jersey - absolutly no hawks love bro -- sad but true... a letter should be written to Reebok - perhaps Mr. Levenson is the link.

my brother posted all this on my facebook page... thinks it's hilarious when he's talking to me about the hawks...he hates em. i wanna be able to come up with a great solid comeback for it...but it's tough any ideas? Let's face it, they MIGHT have potential for the upcoming season, but people have been saying that now since 97...the fact of the matter is that the team has consistently worsenned over the last 5 years or maybe more.... Let's not even talk about superstars, guys that are game changers - who was the last superstar that the hawks really had? 'Nique - didn't he retire 13 years ago? Another fact: Over the last 5 years the hawks have had NO guys in the top 10 in any of the major defensive or offensive categories – PPG, points, assists, FG, free throws, turnovers, rebounds (neither defensive nor offensive) One player led the league in rebounds and blocks – Dikembe Mutombo (his last year with the hawks was in ’01) Since that season, they haven’t had ANY player AT ALL in the top 10 and maybe not even in the top 20… This furthers the claim that they ARE IN FACT THE ABSOLUTE WORST TEAM IN THE 4 MAJOR SPORTS....but again, maybe they will do something this coming year...I predict they will improve on their 13 win season and win 15 games this year, but they will still finish DEAD LAST in the division. did I also mention that the Hawks last year had THE SECOND LOWEST WIN PERCENT of any other team in professional sports? (the 49er's had a .125 win pct last year, which was a fluke) I might have forgotten to mention that earlier.... very tough act to follow

yeah you do -- with the whole XBOX live thing - which i think is rediulous. Sony did things right with their free service.

yep -- they make it VERY easy for you, as soon as you connect to the nba live server, they ask if you would like to update to the latest rosters - im not sure how often they release patches - but i always update every few weeks - it's hard to tell whether the "newest" one is what you have or not. i know with PS2, it's free to get online - just gotta get the network adapter which i got for $20 i think it was. and you can play online with anyone and everyone :-D

maybe i'm crazy - but i noticed the new hawks header on hawks.com if you'll notice - our Gold alternate jerseys say "ATLANTA" on the front - however, these jerseys say "HAWKS" just like the normal red and white ones.... what do y'all think about it? could it be a new version of our away jerseys? i know it's simply photoshop of the white jersey done over in gold, but if you go to hawks.com -- an refresh the page, notice -- it seems all the red jerseys have been taken out leaving only white/gold. bye bye red? curious huh?

The NBA store in NYC didnt have ANY.............AAAAANNY Blank authentic Hawks jerseys for customization... i took that as a punch to the face... the NBAAAAA store..... that is supposed to have EVERYTHING, and proudly states it reps. ALLL 30 teams.

dont think of it as simply.......ONLY a few mid-first rounders... think about what we got FROM those mid-first rounders. so many other people already wanna get rid of harrington - i dont think extending him for 5 years is on ANYONE's mind here...so does that really matter to us?

thats exactly what i was thinking and posted about last night it's not a terrible thing to consider trading him....but thinking about trading him right now? that's rediculous - come all star break, there will be several teams in need of a low post guy like harrington - and willing to give us great things in return......... until that point...why not sit and let him...if nothing else, MENTOR the young guns here? he's got experience coming out of high school -- experience i think would be very valuable when applied to our rooks... the way i see it - people just have nothing better to talk about, so they figure "eh.........why not trade him...we could use some excitment around here" simple as that.. leave him be!!! at least until feb...

wow -- that was something.... it really is a tough position those people are in. i see it 2 ways: A - desperation, B - Stealing A. on one hand you have the man who needs clothing - he has a simple cheap grey tshirt..... on the other hand you have B B. the kid strolling out of there with a $300 mini electric toy car with i assume.....his mother behind him.
