  1. Anybody knows what shoes Dennis is wearing? That color is wicked. My girl loves watching this summer league game cause of his shoes so it's a win win in my household tonight. Love the way Scott is playing. Love Dennis' vision. If he can nail down some of these passes is the key. Also love the fact that he is really comfortable coming into the lane and putting up runners. Very difficult shot and he seems to like it.
  2. I cant believe I let Danny Grainger fly under my radar. Rushing my picks....... Him coming off the bench behind Bron would have been crucial
  3. Noticed you are all for trading Lou all of a sudden(or maybe I am just now noticing). Why is that? Lou is one of our only proven scorers on the roster right now Don't know much about Williams pro career, he is a proven scorer or just a body that fills an empty slot for us?
  4. why trade away a viable scorer with a reasonable contract, be it coming off the bench or not, when we don't have any pure scorers on our team as is?
  5. With the 145th Pick in The Hawksquawk Summer Dynasty Draft Chinky Eyed Hawk selects Carlos Delfino. Like having Kyle Korver with an accent. http://static2.todanoticia.com/tn2/uploads/news_image/2012/08/15/Carlos_Delfino.png' alt='Posted Image' class='bbc_img' /> PG Jrue Holiday/ SG Eric Gordon/Marcus Thornton SF Lebron James/Carlos Delfino PF Chris Bosh/ C Spencer Hawes/Robin Lopez Led by the incomparable Rick Carlisle
  6. With the 144th Pick in The Hawksquawk Summer Dynasty Draft Chinky Eyed Hawk welcomes Robin Lopez to the Squad. Wait.... wrong one..... "for the LAST TIME...I'M BROOK! Just look at my hair to tell us apart for god's sake it not that hard." oh ok, my bad Brook. I got you, use the hair.... ooops. my bad. Got caught up in the hair.... Justin. "No problems, happens to me all the time." http://assets.sbnation.com/assets/2461839/sideshow_robin_lopez.jpg' alt='Posted Image' class='bbc_img' /> Your newest Hawk...... Robin Lopez. What happens when you let Cal Bowder in the War Room PG Jrue Holiday/ SG Eric Gordon/Marcus Thornton SF Lebron James/ PF Chris Bosh/ C Spencer Hawes/Robin Lopez Led by the imcompromable Rick Carlisle
  7. I know we've been skipping him in previous rounds, but looks like he is back from honeymoon as some make up picks have been made. Should I wait?
  8. With pick #109 in the Hawksquawk Summer Fantasy Draft, Chinky is proud to welcome Rick Carlisle to the helm
  9. With pick #108 in the Hawksquawk Summer Fantasy Draft, Chinky is proud to welcome Marcus Thornton to the team. Nice scoring guard off the bench that can hit the 3, defend well, give me nice scoring coming off the bench. Zahia Dehar
  10. I don't recall a move that DF has made that was telegraphed by the media in the year that he has been here. So with everything that has happened throughout this whole summer draft/fa period, continuing that trend I don't expect DF to make a move the we are remotely aware of. Bait and switch tactics for sure.
  11. My boy ron mexico!!Good read. Thanks for posting
  12. Which is why if LA gets involved in snt.... Lin goes to LA. Instant revenue increase for Buss. Lin and Kobe are a marketing bullseye
  13. Just our luck bynum on the hawks would turn out to be alan henderson or speedy claxton all over again
  14. I had to get quality production here. I am satisfied Believe it or not the Gordon pick was the most difficult one to make
  15. Looking at the rest of the field. I don't think there was another C across the board that still rebounded and blocked as well as Hawes. I have to watch his game a little more but he compared well to many others. His % is good enough throughout the court to impact my decision
  16. Pm'd JY23 a lil late cause I had to rush out.
  17. With the 73rd pick of the 2013 Hawksquawk Summer Dynasty Draft, Chinky Eyed Hawk is glad to welcome Spencer Hawes. By adding Hawes to the mix, I have added another 7 footer who not only rebounds, and blocks shots as well as most of the big men in the league, but also a great passing big man as well. Hawes also stretches the floor, which each player on my squad is able to do . Sorry for the lack luster write up but have to run. http://vorped.com/bball/index.php/player/shotchart/1062-Spencer-Hawes/season/2012-2013-REG Check the link for his shot chart to illustrate what having both him and Bosh on the floor can mean for my frontcourt's offense. Dynasty Draft: Center: Spencer Hawes PF: Chris Bosh SF: LeBron James SG: Eric Gordon PG: Jrue Holiday
  18. With the 72th pick of the 2013 Hawksquawk Summer Dynasty Draft, Chinky Eyed Hawk is glad to welcome a young up and coming shooting guard in the league. Eric Gordon. Gordon give me an inside outside player that can defend his position, create opportunities for both himself and his team mates, and showed signs of being a consistent 20+ ppg player in this league. With the amount of Ball handlers I have on my squad it should cut down on his turnovers. Was comparable to other candidates but has clearly shown that he can score at will on opposing teams throughout the league. Welcome aboard Eric
