I know everyone, including myself, was glad that there hadn't been any trade posts since the Dog trade but this is just a cap purpose trade. Although I'm a GT fan, I'm willing to let Glover go for less than what he might be worth if it means a little cap relief. Using him to get rid of CC's contract (which isn't too bad but still would like to get rid of if possible) would be nice if we could pick up a player with only one year left on his contract but could still help off the bench. I'm not sure what the deal with Russell is, if he's injured like some of you say then scratch it out but if he isn't, this might be ok. If Russell is indeed healthy then he could BU both the SG/SF positions adequately. I'm not for trading Glover necessarily but this could help us cap wise when it comes time to sign JT.
