The Miami Heat have signed free-agent point guard Travis Best, who finished last season with the Chicago Bulls. Last season, Best averaged 6.9 points, 4.0 assists, and 1.6 rebounds per game, splitting time between Indiana and Chicago. Best was sent to Chicago as part of the Jalen Rose deal.

Contract details were not immediately known.

I guess this means they can finally start a point guard over Anthony Carter or Eddie House. Anthony Carter can't pass, and I don't know if Eddie House can, because I've never seen him try. This'll definitely improve the team.
