Simple Question: Will the Hawks Start the season OVER OR UNDER the Luxury Tax?

Do the Hawks start the regular season over or under the tax?

FYI - starting the season over, doesn't necessarily mean being over and paying the tax at the end of the season.

I saw somewhere listing us as the 3rd of 4th highest payroll in the league!!!! That’s crazy I thought we were top 10 but not that high. Ugh.

It will take a lot of work to get under, and I think the amount of work it would take would have a massive backlash. 
I think they start over, but how the season goes by the trade deadline will determine if the end up over or under.

My suspicion is we start over and shed at the deadline to avoid paying.

I think we will be under, if they want OO to start I dont think they will bring Capella off the bench.  So he will be traded and I got a feeling that Hunter or JC will be traded as well.

Im saying that I believe (my best guess) we will start the season over the tax threshold and then shed salary to get under at the trade deadline.
