30 year old Atlanta native, followed the Hawks since the mid-80s. I'm a Security Analyst at IBM in Sandy Springs. Thinking about going back for my Master's soon. Done a lot of European travel the past few years. Used to follow the Braves much more, but somehow I enjoy basketball more these days -- just don't have time to watch 3 hour games 4 times a week anymore

as old man jim mora said.. PLAYOFFS??!!! anyway don't jinx us too much no reason we can't be in the 5th or 4th seed if things go our way... or we could drop out altogether. i'm enjoying the ride though.

i say we make P-Bird the coach, he looks a lot smarter than woody for one thing, and he makes a lot more sense to me.

that was really really bad ball. no one was trying on offense, the rebounding was non-existent, and the defense was of the o'lay variety. i would have put in mario west to inject some energy into the game.

horford was great, shelden looked like an absolute clown with the ball bouncing off his head and arms and everywhere else. grab a rebound for gosh sakes. pretty clumsy game all around, but good solid effort except for the third.

the funniest thing about that kids' game was that big old kid whose face was totally red afterward. i thought they were going to have to hook an oxygen tank up to this face.

Salim is the most under-utilized Hawk I can ever remember. He is instant offense, he should get 15 minutes a game at least. He's one of the best offensive players we have, and he tries on defense, if you actually watch him, he tries really hard at denying passing lanes and intelligently going for steals. Woody is a clown.

i'm the only person in the world who doesn't have cable tv, but i shell out for cable internet. i tried to get comcast out to my house like 5 times and they always screw it up or don't show up on time, so i said forget it. i'm a cheap jerk anyway. i wish the hawks were on TBS like the good old days

i've had degenerative disc disease for 10 years (i'm 30 years old), and had a microdisectomy on 2 lower discs when i was about 21. i'm do pretty well most days, and i'm reasonably active, and i'm sure the technology has come far enough that you will be fine in no time. best of luck to you!

they need to have an FM partnership on the hawks game coverage. it's embarrassing that i live in marietta and have to listen to the games on an internet feed.

i'm not really in favor of banning anyone either, especially if there is a feature that people can use to ignore others. as long as the stuff he talks about is somewhat hawks related, i'm personally OK with it. hey lawstudent, give this one a shot: GIVE WOODSON THE FOOTSON!
