Such a [censored]-sucker, how about u listen to what everyone's saying instead of just posting every free thought that comes into your head. Big Dog is our PROBLEM!!! He won't cure AIDS or Cancer,and most importantly he WONT get us to the PLAYOFFS. He WON'T SHARE THE BALL & he WON'T PLAY DEFENSE! A new coach WILL NOT MAKE A DIFFERENCE with BIG DOG! Just because he feels that what he brings to a team is JUST THE WAY HE PLAYS!! I DON'T like that particular trade, but if we can get rid of BIG DOG while adding what we need than it's gonna be a plus for the TEAM. ~Peace

Look at it. Parker is a shoot-first PG who has occasional TO trouble. And Tinsley has attitude problems,poor work ethics & is far too inconsistent.He's so inconsistent that Walsh brought Timmy Hardaway & his aching knees outta retirement. Part of the reason we didn't draft him,I think, Is cause Pete was still burned by that Rider trade{part of that is cause the Hawks only bring in classy players,& Tinsley,like J.R.; doesn't fit that mold}However, I think Parker would be an upgrade as a leader. ~Peace

How could JT be older, didn't they play together at Arizona??? Or did JT come out a yr. before Gilbert??? Anyway, JT is a better PG than people give him credit for.He has to develope into the leader we need,just as Marbury has done in PHO. If we were playin' yesterday Walton wouldn't be able to stop flappin' his gums about JT,but we're not,& that's the problem.I feel JT will blossom next yr. as a PG,But that's just me. ~Peace

That's what I mean by Pete didn't build a team of players who'll complement each other. JT has basketball talent around him, it's just on a team wit 3 20pt scorers who play shoddy & or nonexistant Defense & a SF who thinks he is the best thing since minute rice, We lack Chemistry. JT will get his points, just on the sheer fact that he has the ball in his hands. Reef will get his points only if Bog{My new nickname for Ball Hog Big Dog} doesn't take all his shots. Big Dog has to go though, we should trade him for a 1st or even a 2nd rounder.....With all the Basketball talent available in this yrs. draft, we could get a future all-star in the second rd! Or at least a pretty good complement player. ~Peace

And u all know if we were winning 40somethin' games this yr. JT would be one of the most highly sought after FA this summer. Give him a chance, basketball is a hard sport to learn. Especially when you're constantly movin' from positions. I completely get tired of all of y'alls b*tchin' & moanin' every time somethin' goes wrong. JR Rider acted the same way when things didn't go his way, Ron Artest acts the same way when things don't go his way. Truth be told, Pete never put the CHEMISTRY concept into use when he acquired Big Hog,not like Peotrie{I think that's his name} did in Sacramento, not like Nellie in Dallas. They made their acquisitions thinkin' TEAM instead of believing ONE MAN who's a mediocre player at best &,lacks any type of Athletic Ability could bring this team out of the gutter. IN SACtown & Dallas they brought in the players that would complement each other. And personally, I believe that with Pete gone that we're gonna see some major changes, & I know that they'll be for the better. ~Peace

He doesn't play his man, he tries to get more steals playin' the passing lanes. But those 3 losses this last week were big. It's not the fact we lost,but the fact we lost so badly. We're not done yet, & the players know it. But now the post-season is a far-fetched thought. ~Peace

Whats up fellow Hawk fans. This is my first post here but I've visited several times before. I have to say that Big Dog & sometimes Reef plays lazy & grabs lazy rebounds. Theo{sometimes} & JT give their full effort every time out on the court & that's what makes them desireable to keep. Big Dog does occationally shoot well & has a big game,However, his lack of D & lazy attitude make him somewhat of a cancer{more like a tumor} there are several players that can give us better D and a consistent 13-16 ppg. and that makes Big Dog expendable. I'm personally not against drafting a Jarvis Hayes,Ezra Williams,Carmelo Anthony{If they fall to us by luck} to give all-around play ,hustle & Defense. Williams could be a 6th man type player to give us a bench shooter & D. ~Peace
