  1. That's a dumb trade........................ ~Peace
  2. Wilkens didn't let JT{who is a good player} play HIS game,he tried to make him a pure PG. And in his 2nd yr. JT was moved to the 2guard because of injuries,he just so happened to flourish at the 2 and Lon left him there. And I didn't blindly attack you,you have to see that no one here says "Get rid of Dog at any cost" but you continue to defend him as being the player we'll need to get us over the hump,I wan't to see him play with Diaw as well & because of that,I'm willing to give him until next All-Star break. ~Peace
  3. Wilks was brought up as a PG,last yr. was JT's first full yr. playing the point. If Wilkins had let him play the first yr. he might be an All-Star now.Expert my @$$, obviously you look at stats & what stats do for a player, you're ignorant, you don't wanna get rid of dog even if he doesn't do what we need him to do to win.
  4. Sometimes it is unneccesary{see Johnny Cochran, who I think is a FOOL} but racism is nothing to play with or be Okay with or to ignore. Racism is probably worse now than it was back then. ~Peace
  5. THEY WILL TRY TO RE-SIGN DION AT A LOWER SALARY!!!!! STOP TALKING LIKE THE HAWKS DON'T WANT TO RE-SIGN HIM! ~Peace
  6. They said he will be back at a lower salary. 2.2 mil for 1yr. for Dion is too much. ~Peace
  7. Sounds like he has ice water in his veins,LOL! ~Peace
  8. You can't say that hotlanta......Their league may be different from the NBA,they may not score many points over there. And If he comes over here & can avg. 5.5/6 ppg & dish the ball, then I'm happy. I like our draft{although I was mad when I saw we passed on Howard} Both these guys can & will contribute, both are gritty defenders{something we REALLY needed} Hansen in 6"6 210 & can shoot the 3{he's our bench sniper we needed} and the last thing we needed was another guy who would need the ball to be effective. ~Peace
  9. Lebron probably could've played in the NFL. For those who don't know, he was the NO.1 rated WR in the US!!!! ~Peace
  10. Ezra Williams,Price & Wallace. ~Peace
  11. I like our draft,& we'll still bring in more guys via RFAcy. Ezra Williams is still high on my list. But my only question is,Is Diaw 6"8 240,6"9 201, or 6"9 220????? ~Peace
  12. Ricky Davis & Jerry Stackhouse are TO machines.....like we don't have enough of those.. ~Peace
  13. Why would we trade JT for some flat-footed sloth & the no. 12 only to pick Jarvis Hayes who may be available ay no. 21???? Everyone needs to Chill with these JT to Seattle trades, like any player he would like to play at home, but he wants to stay here & we want him here {management would also be dumb to let him go because he's our most marketable & noticable player} Besides that I like the NY trade straight up, because I really don't want Cassell & Thomas is an upgrade over Theo in some areas. But why can't we send Nazr & GRob instead???? ~Peace
  14. Jarvis is a MAJOR Sleeper who could contribute right away, but if we draft Howard & re-sign DJ or Glove we will have a crowded backcourt. The catcher is, Howard may be available at #37. So what should we do?????? ~Peace
  15. I'm not saying trade G-Rob{unless we can get something good for him} Matter of fact,he'd probably be best suited off the bench as our 6th man. He'd get to take all the shots{which is what he wants} but he probably wouldn't do it unless we guarteed if he did that we'd win a championship. The fact is,that their aren't many "prototipical" SFs in the league {maybe D-League} but why pass on a guy who could be a star, our future starting SF???? He may not be Melo, but he could be as good {if not better} than most of the guys who'll go before him {as much potential as there is this yr., we all know that most of the "hyped" players are gonna flop & SOME of the players who go undrafted could be potential stars.} ~Peace
  16. Jarvis is a much better shooter than RJ,they are even in athleticism though. Why wouldn't we draft Hayes Weasledom??? He gives us the athleticism & defense we need at the 3. He's not a "good" passer, but he can still hit the open man{unlike Dog} we can always draft a PF in the second rnd. and sign a wingman thr. FAcy. I like the Nazr/for 18,19 pick trade though. ~Peace
  17. Ron Artest is a LOOSE CANNON & a MORON. K-Mart just plays with emotion,& in basketball you have to have that attitude. You have to intimidate people, he isn't as bad as he used to be, but he still plays with emotion & I bet anyone involved with the NBA doesn't care that he plays that way,as long as he can back it up. ~Peace
  18. I was just thinkin' the same thing about Ford being like Brevin Knight. Knight is a good Ball handler but can't shoot.
  19. "Dog would fit on a good defensive team that struggles on Offense." Then doesn't Denver sound like the perfect place for Dog to you?? He'd get ALL the shots to himself because there is no one else who'll score for them. They had to be the worst Offensive team in NBA History. ~Peace
  20. I'd rather unload Dog for the no.5 We need an athletic SF who can play D,which isn't Dog's specialty. If we made that trade we can go for a Big Man @5 & a Dahntay Jones type player at 21. I still feel Dog would be best fit in Denver though. ~Peace
  21. Can't we still bring back Wilks as a FA? ~Peace
  22. So are you throwing up the idea that Stotts will come back to ATL??? ~Peace
  23. They'll have to unload Davis now. Because they got Lebron to go along with Wagner,Miles,& Illgauskas. I'd love to have Ricky Davis{even though he also is turnover prone} but not for JT,right now they're probably looking for role players so how about giving up Dion{as much as it hurts,I have personal contacts with him} & a filler for J.Jones/davis?? ~Peace
  24. Isn't it Auerbach or Aurebach?? Anyway Stotts should be given a chance & if they don't give him the chance he's earned I think we should bring in Fratello.
