  1. I was calling for Zaza to get out of the game. Dude is horrible. I think I was the only hawks fan in the entire building
  2. He reminds me of a more athletic Mashburn. He doesn't have Mashburn's post game right now, but I truly believe that he has the work ethic to become a great player in his own right. He has improve every year that he has been in the league even thought summer school slows his progress.
  3. Thanks man. That look on AJ is pricless
  4. Yeah, I agree. Marvin is blossoming before our eyes. He may never be a superstar, but I think his floor is a Rashard Lewis type of player while his max may be a Mashburn type. Marvin doesn't have Mashburn's post moves yet. Hopefully, he develops them in the next few years.
  5. No kidding. I was worn out by the refs. Just crazy.
  6. My only question is if Diesel will ever acknowledge Marvin's contributions.

    REFS ARE CROOKED

That phantom foul by Marvin on Wade at the end was But, we still had enough to pull it out.
  8. Isn't Korver making around 6 million a year?? That is gonna be a little less than what Chillz is going to get.
  9. How about Chills for Kyle Korver plus a protected 1st rounder?

    Great Win!!

I finally saw a swagger out of Marvin. Did you see the look on his face after he dunk and was foul in the process? I agree with TexasPete, why is there so much hate for Marvin? The guy does his job with consistency, never causes trouble and is improving. His numbers for a 32 year old would be solid, much less a 21 year old.
  11. I wonder what excuse Diesel would have about Marvin's game tonight??
  12. What a surprise. Let's keep this momentum going against the Heat.
  13. Umm, I don't think Zaza is ever into the game defensively.
  14. Ex, how much did you get the tickets for? I am thinking of going, but trying to decide if Ebay is the better route.
  15. Quote: The fact that he doesn't create his own offense and is dependent on somebody else to get him the ball makes him a role player. I guess that would explain why he got to the ft line more than anyone on either team against the Cats Marvin is really a very smart player. Isn't being a part of a basketball player being in the RIGHT SPOT AT THE RIGHT TIME. He creates for himself by being in the right spot. He The other day, AJ was going down the court by himself against 3 players. Marvin by running the court, CREATED OFFENSE. By watching the entire game, you can see the Marvin creates opportunties. Sure, we would love for him to dribble the clock down towards 3 second and launch a shot ala Ty Lue or Gilbert Arenas but Marvin creates in SUBTLE WAYS.
  16. Heck yeah. Imagine the two Als together.
  17. He is playing aggresive, but in a controlled sort of way. Very smart and efficient. Too bad other people on this board doesn't apprciate it. They think that the only way to prove that you are being aggresive is chucking up shots.
  18. AJ is really giving solid minutes. Hopefully, we don't wear him out.
  19. Those missed free throws by Joe were big. We were down by 3 with Joe about to shoot free throws. After he miss, I could feel the air going out of the Hawks game.

    Jose Calderon

What does this have to do with the Hawks??
  21. I agree with you Diesel. I am not sure if Ron is an "insider" or not. Who really knows these days?? But, he is very arrogrant. He liked to brag that he was "insider."
  22. Yeah, it doesn't look good. Feel bad for Al. He is so much bigger than ford, that it makes look worse.
  23. The game I was watching had Orlando broadcasters for some reason. But they were very informative and unbaised. They were giving us props all night.
  24. I like those broadcasters. Very unbiased and were mostly informative for the most part even though they were Orlando broadcasters.
