  1. The key to whether or not we beat the Pacers is if we can stop Paul George. If we can stop him, then we can stop the Pacers. The Pacers have equivalent talent to our team without Paul George, so if we can stop him, watch out!
  2. I smell a 2011 Playoffs repeat for Jeff (what he did against the Bulls, not Magic). Way to make Atlanta proud!
  3. I love the idea of having two MVP canidates in Justin Upton and Freddie Freeman. Atleast with Freddie you know he can keep this up all year, I just hope that Upton won't slow down his production!
  4. Can't go wrong with any Asus laptop.
  5. He isn't as gifted a shooter as Harden or even Bledsoe, but there's no doubting the amount of talent he has. He is worth the risk.
  6. Lavine is just as athletic, if not more athletic than Gerald Green. Not to mention he has a deadly 3 point shot, and a potential lockdown man on man defender. If he some how lands to us, I don't see why we wouldn't want to take a chance on him.
  7. I didn't see the game either, was it really that bad? Box score doesn't really tell you everything.
  8. I still think he's better than your average point guard in this league, its just that his inconsistencies are starting to pile up way too much.
  9. Hands down it has to be Joakim Noah. He's big enough to shutdown the bigger centers in the NBA, and he's athletic enough to take SG's and SF's one on one.
  10. The guy just reminds you of Toni Kukoc. To bad.
  11. Probably isn't going to be a superstar at the next level, but he is a good potential 6th man off the bench.
  12. @Dolfan23 Sorry I did a double post. You can delete this thread.
  13. He isn't the best at creating his own shot, but his length allows him to be able to put a shot up against opposing players, similar to Kevin Garnett.
  14. Game clip from this week. He dropped 35 points on 14-22 shooting.
  15. What do you guys think about Doug McDermott? He's a natural scorer, and is probably going to be an elite 3 point shooter when he gets to the NBA. The star forward for Creighton is averaging and outstanding 26.8 ppg 7.1 rpg and 1.6 apg (.526 FG % and .460 3P FG %). Not saying that he could be the next Larry Bird (due to poor ball handling and passing ability) but you can certainly see comparisons in their scoring ability. Would he be a worthwile pick for the Hawks? He can potentially play the SF or PF positions in the NBA. He's a ferry guy and you can already plug him in at the starting SF position and watch him easily drop 16 per game.

  17. Consistency is a big thing he can't maintain. He can be your team's best pitcher on some days, but on others he looks like shouldn't even be playing baseball. He's a good strike out pitcher with a very good slider. Seeing as though we have probably the top defense s in the NL, I couldn't see why he has a 13-15 win season with a sub 3.60 ERA and 160+ K's. And I agree McDowell should be able to wonders with him.
  18. Tough blow for Medlen, but do you think the Braves overreacted by signing Earvin Santana? I mean with our loaded pitching staff (including the minors), I would have loved to see one of our young guys get their feet wet in the MLB. Earvin Santana is a career 105-90 with a 4.19 ERA, simply put, a mediocre pitcher. He did have a nice season last year going 9-10 with a 3.24 ERA. Do you like the move?
  19. We have to win a world series within the next 5 years. Possibly even this season if the pitch staff stays consistent, and Upton and Uggla help us in any way offensively.
  20. We need to sign some Harlem Globetrotters if this happens, lol.
