  1. That's due to his offense more than anything. Not his defense. You could say the same about Rodman.
  2. He don't have to guard a guard, he just needs to be able to stick them on PnR to where the defensive player can recover who is guarding a PG and he makes it a lot easier to defender when he's telling you where everything and protecting you as well.
  3. He does help you in rim protection and he does make it hard as hell 1on1, especially in his prime. His defense is floor raising. Hell, we saw that just this year when he came back this year. He's a much better defender than he gets credit for. He is legit one of the greatest defenders to play the game.
  4. We don't have a best lineup. We have a shit load of situational lineups I want the best defense lineup Trae Cam Hunter Collins Cap Best shooting Trae Kevin Snell Hunter JC Put the most pressure on a defense Trae Bogi Hunter Gallo JC Passing is gold Trae Kevin Bogi Gallo JC Capela getting Hacked a Shaq and we up by 7+ Trae Snell Hunter Gallo JC
  5. Pat Bev is a good defender but yeah, he's not Jrue Holiday who doesn't have the reputation to the media or the public. Jrue is a legit superstar defender.
  6. Just from this site, we know most people don't know what defense looks like. There were Hawk fans on here who tried to say Sap was a better defender than Horford. That's when I knew this site was miles away from where they needed to be in understanding possession by possession Basketball and knowing what really matters when it comes to defense. Most got to obviously see it. Capela is an obvious defender. Gobert is an obvious defender. If they can't obviously see it. It's hard for them to get it. It's like I always say, people for the most part ball watch.
  7. I agree. He's an elite team defender, help side defender, PnR defender, elite defensive versatility, and elite defensive BBIQ, elite communcator, elite feel for the game, elite feet, moves like a man much smaller than he is and his defensive instincts is GOAT. Now if you are looking for a rim protector, I can name about 100+ better. If you are looking for someone to get STOCKS, I can find easily better. But it's hard to find someone who can raise a defensive floor as good as Draymond. Big Ben, Rodman, KG, Hakeem, Deke, Duncan, Green, Russell, and Prime Dwight and when most of them lost their elite athleticism, they dropped badly but Duncan, Russell, Rodman, and Green still have elite defensive impact after losing some of their athletic ability. He doesn't have a long peak like KG and he doesn't have the stocks of Hakeem but he's a much better defender than he gets credit for. He's as good a defender as Rodman who for some reason gets his fair due.
  8. Draymond Green is one of the greatest defenders I've ever seen play and he has a claim for GOAT to me defensively. Then again, most people understanding of Basketball is lacking. They look at stats. I look at impact. He is defensive genius but most people like defense that's obvious like Dwight in Orlando or Big Ben in Detroit. Draymond won't be valued by the media or the masses. Mainly just Basketball nerds like me. I will agree that Draymond defense is more valuable in the modern NBA but he is legit one of the greatest defenders I've seen ever.
  9. Weak ish. Redick was the best deal I heard and Snell was far too valuable
  10. Williams Dunn backcourt as well as the Williams Bogi Reddish backcourt should put the foot to necks.
  11. I think he was only willing to stay in LA or go home to Atlanta
  12. Atlanta tried to get a big but couldn't
  13. Not sure, the only other PG they spoke with a team about was NO about Ball and Bledsoe.
  14. It's going to be hard for LAC to get Rondo without trading Zubac or Ibaka. He is being told Atlanta doesn't want Lou Williams and would rather keep Rondo.
  15. He's been critical to our locker room. He's had some good games and playoff Rondo is real and Atlanta wants that said player when he comes.
  16. Zubac would cost Atlanta more than a player swap but LAC don't want to trade Zubac period. LAC is open to trading Lou but Atlanta isn't sold at the moment. LAC would have to sweeten the offer.
  17. Also, Bruno might be getting moved 50/50. Tony Snell is closer to 40/60. The core 7 is off the grid. Gallo is off the grid and the offers for Bogi have been too underwhelming 10/90 chance he will be moved. Note, Bruno will not be getting moved to LAC. They want to use roster space for some buyout guys.
  18. They want Rondo but Atlanta wants Zubac. LAC clearly don't want to move Zubac. Talks have been around Lou but Atlanta doesn't want to move Rondo. My guess is, it will come down to the wire.
  19. Lou Williams might be coming back home. Atlanta and LAC is in talks for Rondo. Atlanta wants Zubac but LAC ain't feeling that at all. Lou said he would retire if traded. Atlanta been putting out there that they want to keep Rondo and that's he's invaluable but my guess is a future 2nd is all TS needs to change his mind.
  20. Lou Williams might be coming back home
  21. As he should, he's a legit all star.
