But how can you say a foul is a hack-a foul or a normal game foul? E.G. every time DeAndre Jordan sets a screen you-defender- push him and cause a foul. Referee can't say it is hack, and you cut him off the game anyway (as for hack-a-Jordan), without being "punished" with your rule.
