They would acquire Horford with cap they are ALREADY using by destroying part of the team, they're not in the Atlanta situation.

Well... A team who wants Horford is a team who's willing ( and actually has the possibility) to make the playoffs, so the pick is worth what? My idea, if Horford has to be traded, is acquiring valuable players and create the base for a real Max FA expenditure next year (Hayward?)

The only scenario I can think of is a sign and trade for Horford in order to save cap space for next year. But not a full rebuilding.

Deng is definitely not our guy. Old, has never played in a system like bud's: a big contract would be the real coup de grace.

I say NO to Bazemore. He's just a (not so good) role player Bud healed. Plan A: keep Al, try to sign one of the few FA sf - Barnes or Batum. Plan B (since I don't see plan A coming): try to get Ariza from Hou (since there were rumors about him leaving), he's a good 3&D player with an excellent contract (i.e. valuable asset).
