  1. Maybe, maybe not....contract discussions typically take time and start early. Around the beginning of March (3rd) it was first reported Bogi would decline his player option and become a free agent, so talks with his agent were probably ongoing prior. So Quin would have coached Bogi for 2 games before that first report and said to LF and KK to extend Bogi? The early reports got the opting out part right, but nobody saw the extension coming.
  2. Some more research needed, but after reading this Bogi might not have any trade restrictions. Bogi isn't getting 5% raises since he has a declining contract and he only making 700K more that his current contract. Does the 3/4 years make the difference in trade eligibility? Then there's the other Bogdanovich More info needed. Anyone? Anyone?
  3. I just don't see it. I wanted the trade for DJ and still take no issue with it, but I'm not convinced based on how DJ has played in 6 of Quin's 8 games that he can come to that conclusion. Then add to it, if AJ is seen as the starting SG (fir next season I presume), he's not currently even get minutes off the bench. That's to mind warping for me.
  4. Team Option in Final Year- YEEEEESSSS!
  5. Looks like it's definitely a declining contract. Bobby Marks @BobbyMarks42 · 3h Bogdanovic had a $18M player option for next season. The first year of the extension replaces the option and cannot be less.
  6. I.may actual watch some falcons game this upcoming season. Since the Sperbowl meltdown I hv not been able to watch.
  7. @hazer and I never did finalize our avatar bet.
  8. I've got 10 more days. Can't wait.
  9. Bey was asking for Hunter money from Detroit though.
  10. Less about cost for me - just his injury history at the back of my mind and yes to the bolded as long as he is healthy and is shooting 40% from 3.
  11. Spotrac has the yearly estimates as follows: So that will be $3 million less than his PO for next year.
  12. *I was thinking declining scale might be better, but I'm rethinking it. If it starts lower than $18 mil this year, better for us next year. Then it rises as the cap rises over the next few years. Hopefully the final year is either non-guaranteed or partial guarantee.
  13. Hopefully the declining part is true!
  14. AJ is 19 and still on his rookie contract for the next 3 years. He still needs development. We still need low salary players to round out the roster.
  15. I'm not gonna say that. Training camp starts in late September, he can still be traded before camp begins.
