The Hawks still have an opportunity to at least move up in the Play In. 8th - 6th seed is a pipe dream at this point. I'm counting ~14-15 potential wins remaining. They may steal one or two against a better team, but they are guaranteed to lose games they have no business losing as well. The last two games against Chicago and Charlotte were tough to watch. 1. 14-13 2. Play In, most likely 10th possibly 9th. I just want the Hawks to show some fight and make the postseason. Edit: 3. Absolutely YES to the Playoffs. Anything can happen with Trae healthy. The Celtics series went to 6 last season even after DJ got himself suspended.

Lavine vs Gordon was really good but they kept screwing Gordon to the point he refused to participate anymore. The NBA can't afford to alienate legit contestants like that.

That may happen. The days of multiple All Stars participating in the Slam Dunk Contest are over. Vince Carter, Steve Francis, and Tracy McGrady being in the same dunk contest in 2000(?) was the last time that happened, I think. Get in there next year JJ.

The Bulls seemed well aware of this fact. The Hawks? Not so much. They can't keep saying there's plenty of time with less than 30 games left in the season. THIS STRETCH OF GAMES IS CRITICAL. Playing .500 ball during this stretch isn't going to get it. This is their opportunity and they need to play with a sense of urgency.

They looked so connected and well oiled over the past few games, even during the losses against the Clipper and Celtics. If the play like that tonight, they're resting the starters in the 4th instead being down 9. SMH.

Hopefully that three is the beginning of Trae turning things around offensively. This is a must win game IMHO.

This defense is awful. Everyone looks a step slow. The Bulls are driving right by these guys and getting to the basket at will.

He would have been a perfect fit for this team had he embraced his role. I wish he was more patient and didn't listen to bad advice.

It's going to happen. The injuries are kind of disrupting things but the Hawks are on an upswing right now.
