Making the Hawks a Running Team PT 2.

Back at it again. I thought of a new way to make the Hawks a running team... You'll love this:

SAR to Cleveland for Davis/Miles/Boozer.

-Cleveland does it for SAR. SAR/James in the same season!

Grob to Minn

Brandon to Memphis

Dickerson/JWilliams to Atlanta.

Memphis does this as a Salary Dump in preparation for Kobe Bryant next season.

Atlanta lines up with:

JT/Davis/Dj/Miles/Theo.

The points come from a lot of transition play.

WoW!Talk about a untalented team.

DJ/Daris and Theo suck.Nobody on that team can

shoot or rebound. That might be a decent bench.

What does it matter to you?

I mean, it seems to me that regaurdless of who we get, you will find fault in them... right? I've never remembered you ever being happy with anybody who has put on a Hawks Jersey. Why should that change? If we found a way to trade for Tmac, you'd say he was too selfish. IF we were to get a trade for KG, you'd say he was too expensive. If we were to get a trade for Shaq, you'd say he was too big. It's a recurrring theme. I know and recognize and state that we have problems... However, I don't see all our players as being hopeless.

I like these trades. I felt that in LA, Miles was pretty decent. He just got stuck to a suck team in Cleveland. It seems pretty natural for the Cavs to trade Davis as well, but for SAR I don't think we would get Boozer as well. Still, Davis and Miles for SAR is pretty decent in itself.

GRob to Minnesota is good, considering they need another scorer, Brandon to Memphis would probably fit West's plan and Dickerson/JWill to us would be good. If we could package DD in there as well it would be best for us. We would have two not-so-right points in JT and JWill, so why keep one that is a straight-up point that we probably wouldn't use. Send DD to Memphis for a first rounder or some other filler. Could we get Wright back?

JT / JWill - two quick, point-wannabe shooters

Davis / Dickerson - two quick and solid scorers

DJ / Newble - a could-be future star & our defensive stopper w/ extras

Theo / Miles - Theo's fits better as a PF, Miles resembles & can play student

Wright / Nazr - scoring, decent rebounds & defense

Grade of team if it were to happen this way: B-

Grade compared to previous few years: A

Grade I give our team right now: C-

These would be overall grades, dealing with actual stats, health, player types, etc.

Quit trying to move around the point...The point is

that Daris and Dermarr aren't starting worthy.Neither

can shoot or rebound....That lineup pure out lacks talent

and you know it.When Ricky Davis and JT are you're

two best players you aren't going anywhere.

We still have no star. This is about the team Pete would

put together.

We'd get beat down in the paint in a half court game. NO board strength you have to rebound to run. Darius Miles weighs about as much as DJ, can't shoot. His growth has been stunted. Many people like to down Kwame after only 2 years in the league. But Miles has 3 years under his belt and is about the same player he was when he came in the league. Any thoughts?

Actually,Miles has regressed ever year he's been in

the league.Who's gunna run the fast break?Ricky Davis?

We would be weak in so many area's rebounding/size/

shooting/passing etc and we wouldn't be able to score

enough. When you have DJ/Miles/Theo in the starting

lineup you aren't going to score very much.
