No. He has not signed with the Grizzlies, and I have my doubts that the Grizzlies seriously offered him a contract. If they did, I really doubt it was for anything above the league minimum.

The Hawks can still get him back.

The Grizzlies signed Theron Smith and James Posey instead of DerMarr Johnson.
