To be honest with you, it seems a little too busy. I'm not a huge fan of the jersey effect that you had there, and it's kind of too busy on the left side of the sig while the middle part is simple and the way I like it. The picture on the right is un-needed, and it doesn't match IMO. I like the middle part though.

I also don't like your text. It seems like you just plopped it on there without really planning much. I used to make sigs (not anymore because I wasn't too good at them), so this is just my opinion. You're a much better Photoshopper than I am anyways, so take this however you want it.
