HawkTodd
Dish: Remaining Hawks Free Agents not Getting the Offers (8-20-03). http://hawks.realgm.com/showarticle.php?artid=345 .................................................................................... THE DAILY (8-20-03). http://www.hoopsworld.com/article_4963.shtml Atlanta - Nazr Mohammed put up 9.7 points and 8.0 boards per game when Theo Ratliff was down in the 01-02' season. Under Eric Musselman, Mohammed turned into a force on the glass as he ranked 11th in the NBA in total offensive rebounds, tenth in the NBA in offensive rebounds per game, and tenth in the NBA in rebounds per 48 minutes. Now that he is healthy again the only question is can he return to making the strides he was when he played in all 82 games of the 01-02' season? .................................................................................... Maybe Ieyoub will provide a clear answer (8-20-03). http://www.edailynews.info/articles/2003/0...ports/spt02.txt It was in 1943 that the stadium was named in Box's honor. Bertman didn't arrive on LSU's campus as head coach until 1984. And while Applewhite brought up 'The Box', he made no mention of one of the other athletic venues on the Baton Rouge campus, that of the Pete Maravich Assembly Center. Maravich set the NCAA record for career points with 3,667, holds the NCAA career scoring average with 4.2 points per game, was named National Player of the year in 1970, and scored 50 plus points on 28 occasions. In all his time at LSU and his 10-year career with the Atlanta Hawks, New Orleans Jazz, and Boston Celtics, he never won a championship.
