If you were Woodson, how would you run the team?

Many posters have different ways they would run the offensive and defensive plays. What needs to happen? Maybe limit the switching defense? Sorry if this has already been posted.

If I were Mike Woodson I would hope to be fired and catch on as a Head Coach elsewhere or more realistically as a top defensive specialist assiant. If I were Mike woodsen I would make as much money as I can, understanding that I am nowhere near one of the top NBA coaches in the league and am damned lucky to have outlived Billy Knight (worst GM ever) - paycheck-wise.
