Folty counters Scherzer in All-Star matchup

Mike Foltynewicz starts when the Braves and Nationals play at 1:35 p.m. ET on Sunday at Nationals Park. Foltynewicz returns to the same mound where he tossed a scoreless inning in Tuesday's Midsummer Classic. The right-hander allowed five earned runs in each of his last two starts before the break. Washington will counter with All-Star Game starter Max Scherzer, who tossed a two-hit shutout when he last faced Atlanta on April 9.
