kudzu23
After a night fan brutality on the field in Anaheim, the MLB dodged a bomb Friday morning that could have hurt in many more ways then just financially. With a little more then 3 hours left to negotiate, players loaded up on the buses for long possible wait. Shortly after, a comprimise was reached between the players union and ownership, and the busses departed. No work stoppage this time around. In four to six years there's sure to be another go round at the table.
Gray Mule
Maybe they both realized that, without the fans, there was no need for baseball and they were about to loose their fans. Glad it's over with. Now, we can look foreward to a world series this year. Gray Mule
