  1. Damn.... that Smoove video... wow... He's so amazing. He's probably the most exciting player in the league.
  2. Quote: all the Jeff Foster & Troy Murphy trades for Al didnt make sense. Both of those players are over priced crap Murphy is far from crap. he's a 26 year old double double machine, with a sweet three point stroke. how's that trash?
  3. Quote: Quote: Lover: Atlanta: Salim, Marvin, JJ, Smoove Other Random Guys: Rashard Lewis, Murphy, WILL BLALOCK! Jameer Nelson, Delonte West (I'm a st. joes fan, lol), Kobe Hater: Atlanta: Shelden, Belkin, BK, Al Harrington Other: AI, Wade, Shaq, Melo, Marbury Murphy lover? interesting! O.K. I'll put you down yes, indeedy. He has such a weird skillset. he's a great shooter and a tough rebounder. kind of a strange combination. if only he could play D...

  5. ^ Ivey may be bad at a lot of things, but defense definately isn't one of them, man. Its all hes good at, lol.
  6. Marvin is Currently leading the RMR in PPG at 26 per game (which is 5 more than the 2nd leading scorer...Salim ) He's also tied for 2nd in RPG at 7 a game, Tied for 4th for assists with 4 a game, and is shooting 87% from the line. I know its only summer league, but he's clearly the best player at the RMR right now...
  7. we got a game tonight, so lets just forget about this one, and focus on tonight. I really want to see Shelden step it up from last night. that was just unacceptable...
  8. ^ lol, ya. just have Marvin and Smoove watch it, and the lock them in a gym and tell them they cant come out until they can do all of those moves...
  9. I dont think its that big a deal. we dont seem to be playing to win, as we're subbing a lot and getting PT for everybody, and seeing what they can do. that's what SL is for... I still dont like this though...
  10. ^ and what's bad is that Russia has retaliated. remember that terrorist attack on the school in russia? All the kids died, because Russia tried to assalt the terrorists in the school.
  11. With swolehawk's plan, we could really do some damage. maybe as much as 45 W's with that team...
  12. ^ I agree. He's not quite ready now, but I think that, 3 years from now, he'll be better than shelden.
  13. The Iraq war is only still going on because we had an obligation to stay there after be beat the hell out of them, because we started the war. I doubt that we would start any "world war III," so we wouldnt have an obligation to fix the country afterwards... if any of that makes sense... its early...
  14. When you really look at it, its not all that scary. World war 1 and 2 both were started by countries that were concidered superpowers, and were able to draw other countries into the conflict. you dont have that in the current situation. all you really have are a few isolated 3rd world countries, fighting amongst themselves. Even if we do get dragged into this, so what? we'll kick the crap out of them. we defeated Iraq in like, a week, and they had the 4th largest military on earth at the time...
  15. ^Elson is a banger, I doubt it's him. I could be Biedrins...
  16. Um... Bender retired if I'm not Mistaken... I would want Foster and Harrison as well as a 1st
  17. ^ I agree. He reminds me a lot of Dalembert.
  18. ^ but its not like he hasn't shown signs. He's already one of the best offensive rebounders in the league, and he has a pretty nifty offensive game. That said, I do think we need to start Marvin. maybe not all the time a first, but we definately need to see what he can do when he's the go to guy. Anywho, in responnse to the article, I think that's great. I espically like hearing that's he's gotten stronger. Maybe now he won't hit the deck every time he goes in the paint now, lol.
  19. I think it would be worth taking a bad contract on to get Biedrins, since all (well, almost all..) of they're bad contracts are still good players. With the exception of Foyle, any big contract we pick up could be moved relatively easily later on. Take Murphy for example. He may be a big contract, and he doesn't really fit in with us, but he's a 26-year-old double double machine. We could swing him somewhere real easy. PS. Yay first post!
