    Yeah, Dol. Before this I didn't think the Magic had gotten any better, but now that they have added Bass and retained Gortat, I'd say they're at least slightly better. I still am unsure if Carter is any kind of upgrade over Turk, though. Oh, so Bass isn't officially on Orlando yet? Didn't realize he was restricted. In that case, I guess Orlando's strength still remains to be seen.

    Even if I were to agree with you about Marvin, which I don't, it's hard to judge any player on this team offensively because of how awful the system is.

    I don't see how replacing Turkoglu, Lee and Gortat with Carter and Bass makes them much better if any.

    The only way this team becomes a 3 seed is by improving. We're not going to make any moves that shift the balance of power on paper.

    I'm pretty sure Crawford is an upgrade over Flip. I wouldn't expect much more than another marginal big man at this point.

    Yeah, not only would adding another guard be completely pointless and increase the probability of Teague never seeing the court, but it's Marbury. Amazing.

    I know it won't happen, but I really wish it would. I've wanted Przybilla for the Hawks for a few years now and this move creates the chance that he'd be free.

    I guess, but it just seems like they're going to have 2 backup big guys making 7+ mil a year. Seems like the money would be better spent elsewhere.

    Flip's not coming back. Neither is Childress. I think Crawford will be coming off the bench unless Marvin doesn't resign.

    I'd be surprised if Bibby didn't get a better offer from some other team. Not a lot more, but I wasn't expecting him to resign for 6 million a year.
