  1. HD Scoreboard. My phone has better resolution than the Hawks center-court scoreboard.Offer $5 lap dances from the Elle Duncan and the Hawks Cheerleaders. Once a month nickle beer night.
  2. Can't forget Randolf Morris and Garret SilerY'all had an entire section devoted to Garret Siler lol
  3. from:http://blogs.ajc.com/mark-bradley-blog/2012/05/18/the-hawks-move-to-keep-larry-drew-and-more-hope-fades/?cxntfid=blogs_mark_bradley_blog This is actually a good stat so I know it didn't come from the AJC. So which one of you sent this to MB?
  4. Speedy ClaxtonHe was signed to be more than a scrub but damn near ended up being less than a scrub.then we have Pape Sy & David Andersen - Y'all talked those dudes up like RG3.
  5. yeahhh.....but I wish our guys had 1/10th the bravado as the C's. If the Celtics are the extreme on the too much side then the Hawks are the extreme on the too little side.
  6. Arnold Drummond: "What you talkin' 'bout Willis?"
  7. LD is a smart guy, but he's not the right guy for this collection of misfits. I think it would be easier to find the right guys than a better group of misfits.
  8. I say it's about having the ability to seek out and evaluate talent. In lines with Wretch's great post, this is where the Hawks owners continuously fall short. Why are they not the looking for the next Doc, Pop, or Phil? You would not have to pay the next great coach or GM anything special. But LD and Sund are okay, and judging by the Hawks playoff record, I think this group of owners is clearly comfortable with okay. The rule here is simple. Aim low.
  9. agree. Now way a lame duck GM made this call.
  10. My beef with LD has less to do with Xs and Os and more to do with his inability to inspire this group.
  11. Josh needs a coach who is secure enough in his coaching ability to allow Smoove to be Smoove. Josh is our Troy Polamalu. He is best when he's out there reacting rather thinking everything through logically. Hopefully the next coach will be confident enough to encourage this rather than suppress.
  12. Watching Hibbert handle the Heat convinced me.
  13. No. The perfect storm will be next season with no D12, Rose, Doug Collins, and Wade.
  14. I understand the issues involved with moving players for other players, but I'm wondering if it's possible to move some of these contracts for draft picks alone.hypotheticallyLets say MJ gets the number 1,2,3... pick. Could the Hawks trade Joe, Marvin, Josh, or a combination of those three for the pick?
  15. agree!time to piss or get off the pot
  16. I'm developing a serious case of carpal tunnel defending this dude.Only thing is...What in the hell will there be to talk about when he's gone?MGJ?It's hard for me to read gross exaggerations and not respond. It's clear that most here hate this team. But instead of focusing on the real issues we choose demonize YKW. T. LueAnthony JohnsonMike BibbyKirk HinrichTeagueHell I don't blame YKW for trying play PG. Look at that list of aging misfits. Who in the hell is picking these players? Maybe we should demonize that person more.
  17. The difference is Josh takes that thinking, "My team needs this." Antoine Walker is taking that shot is thinking, "Man this is guaranteed to make Sports Center's Top 10."
  18. and the PG here is? The chance of a good plays resulting from Josh walking the ball up is every bit as likely as Teague Walking the ball up.besides...Al and Joe do the same but are never called out. Why?
  19. horrible comparisonAntoine Walker was the definition of a one dimensional selfish me-first guy. Josh may make an ill-advised play every now and then but there no doubt he does everything with team's success in mind.
  20. I don't know if many of you can handle the truth.Truth should be to give this thing one last run then jump into the lottery head first.
  21. What's the issue? Everyone else on the team is j-crazy. Why should Josh be left out of all the jumper madness?
  22. Man some of us are up and down like a seesaw. One minute we need a superstar then the next we don't. One minute we should trade a couple pieces to make a run then the next we're talking about rebuilding. What happening here?
