    Can we get an assistant coach that will make Nate play the rookies too? One thing I always remember about coach Bud is he was extremely proud of his player development regimen. There were tons of articles about it in the news and he would bring up "vitamins" in casual conversation (over a beer of course *burp*). I haven't seen anything resembling that from Nate, and the results seem to be obvious in the regression of the majority of our players. He might need to get an assistant coach of timeouts and ATOs as well, as he has been abysmal at both all season, most notably in this playoff series. Now that I think of it, he needs a defensive assistant coach too, since the defense was awful all year, up to and including the playoffs.

    I actually saw Trae setting screens a few times this series. It didn't work out great, but I feel like if he can bulk up and commit to the screens, he could get some open looks or at least free up his teammates.

    I totally agree with you. That's why it's on Nate to get the rooks ready over the long regular season. JJ should have been out there over a 50% JC.

    I can see where you're coming from on the first 3. The last one....Don't know if I'd call our performance playing them "Strong" when we couldn't even beat them with 2 starters out.

    Nate never takes any blame. He never says"I gotta do better making Trae successful off the ball." or "It's on me to get my guys to come out with more fire" Instead he says "Trae will get better off the ball".

    Do you even know what the play was? I couldn't see it. Also, Gallo ran for the corner twice. Did he even use a different play than the first time?

    I get it, but you are essentially admitting he played terribly all season. Why should we be Staning for Hunter when he's playing like trash? I love Hunter's potential but I want to see it on the court (like tonight!!). He played amazing tonight and I'll def give him his props

    Thank God he had that last timeout to draw up that sick ATO play.

    Hunter has been one of the worst players on the roster this season by every advanced stat. I love the fact that he had a breakout playoff series, but let's be real, he has some consistency to show before he deserves consistent praise.

    Should we have given Skylar some run? It felt like there were no adjustments at all this series. In an elimination game, most coaches get really creative. Nate stood on the sidelines with his arms crossed, using his stop watch to make subs.

    This topic is to hear your thoughts. Do you think Nate should be fired after signing a 4 year contract and getting us to the ECF last year? Why or why not?
