  1. First ballot vote I'll say this about Trae. The Hawks need to get on a run and stay in the top 5 - 6 teams in the East. He's popular enough to get a lot of the fan vote and be a starter. But my prediction is this: If he's not voted in as an All-Star starter, the coaches will NOT vote him in unless the Hawks are a top 3 team. So let's dominate going into Christmas, and all throughout January.
  2. As for this little boy. You can tell that he's been copying his father talking to his mother when they have a disagreement.
  3. And I co-signed that post and even said something about them not attempting 3s early on. Magic ends up with 12 made 3s on 34 attempts. Not a bad percentage, but it seems as if their 3s came in bunches. So I'll ground myself to, but file a protest at the same time.
  4. Fast forward to 2:45 This is who he is. He must attempt this type of shot in the clutch at least once.
  5. No it isn't. It's the type of shot that he's traditionally made throughout his career. A lot of you get caught up in the distance of the shot. But he's shooting better from 30+ feet out ( 15 / 40 = 38% ) . . than he does on 3 pointers less than 30 feet ( 43 / 158 = 27% ). The reason is that Trae needs space to get his shot off. The further he is away from the basket, the more in rhythm and less rushed his shots tend to be. It's when he's closer to the 3 point line, is when you see all of the fancy dribbles and quick step backs to get the shot off. If he's wide open, and he can shoot the shot in rhythm, it's a good shot for him. Always has been.
  6. This was Trae's 4th quarter shot chart
  7. Can't the coach call a player movement type of play? Nate obviously doesn't have a problem with Trae doing this, and he may be even encouraging it, because it runs the clock down. What you can't happen when you milk the clock, are open court turnovers and missed shots that lead to 3 on 2 fast breaks. If we were down by 1, we wouldn't stall it out like that. People would be moving. So the end of game ISO has to be co-signed by Nate. Definitely agree with Trae throwing in the ball. It's just silly to have him do that, even if he immediately gets the ball back. And why wasn't AJ in the game? He shot the ball better than anyone. Once again, good win and a great performance for about 45 minutes.
  8. Can't even enjoy this win the way I wanted to. No way it should've came to that. Take the W and live another day.
  9. Horrible play call . . . but like I said, the refs like us tonight.
  10. This is bad coaching. Why isn't AJ in the game?
  11. Get AJ in . . . might as well let him take it. If not, it's going to be a hero ball by Trae.
  12. LMAO . . . HOW f***ing EASY WAS THAT?
  13. He didn't even hunt for it. He tried to get the bump and 1.
  14. No movement in the offense. Just a clear out one on one that didn't work for the 3rd time in a row. We deserve to lose right here. Let's see if it happens.
  15. Magic will potentially get the last shot even if we make it.
  16. Incredible meltdown. If you dont execute on this possession, you WILL lose this game.
  17. Just a bad switch by Orlando on Trae. Thanks.
  18. Knock them out Hawks. They're ready for it.
  19. Bench scoring: 34 pts on 15 - 22 FG
