  1. We will see this summer, If Al gets the max or they decide to let him walk, i still dont think Hawks will give that max money to Hordford easily
  2. Totally agreed on what you said, Hawks have still one roster spot and have more financial flexibility, they are still searching who to add in this team, might not add a player this season, probably have to wait till offseason this summer.
  3. Good thing what i saw from this game is that Jeff teague played great, but the others also need to step it up not just jeff teague, i know it will take some time to find they're offensive flow again, and also Muscala needs to take this oppoturnity knowing that Splitter's out. I know Hawks is having a tough season, but they still need to try to keep improving and getting better every single day, not just as individuals but also as a team. That's what their focus should be, It will take some time and patience and also a lot of hardwork if they are planning to be a contender team
  4. I don't think Hawks will trade Teague, from hearing Bud radio interview today, looks like Bud has a lot of faith in Teague, and his core players. Teague may been inconsistent but Bud wants to push him and get to that next level because he knows he has one heck a of talent, same goes with all other the players in the team, Baze,Horford,Sap,Kyle,Dennis,Muscala, Scott,Thabo, and so on so on..
  5. There's was actually no big trades goin to happening at all, all the Espn and article trade rumors just let all down the believers
  6. Who cares what he says it's just his opinions
  7. I didn't even know Kirk hinrich was a former Hawk, it's gonna be exiciting to see him play again with his former team
  8. Don't worry, there's no hate bro, were all family except Hotlanta
  9. Yea would be very interesting what Hawks will look for in the future now that they have more financial flexibility and open roster spot, and after hearing from the radio on interview with Bud, It's clear to me that he has a lot trust on Jeff teague, and really believes in him, and one thing i learn from that interview never to listen to those espn and article rumors again its so misleading, Also, one thing i like about the trade is that it shows me that Bud and his team really cares about their players, Mack gets more playing time, and be more actively be part of a rotation, they didn't just trade him just to get Hinrich . They also care about Mack's future.
  10. -who knows what they are going to talk about- but Hinrich is an experienced veteran PG, and a high IQ player
  11. It could be that reason why they got Hinrich, they will put Dennis as a starter, Hinrich as backup pg, and trade TEague this offseason and then probably look for a big to replace Splitter, that's just my guess but im not surprised if they still Keep teague, Hawks could keep the core players together and team chemistry lock in.
  12. Im glad Hawks kept Teague and Horford, and add an experienced Veteran PG. It would help Dennis a lot part of his development and learn some things from Hinrich. Hinrich is a really good player, high IQ and always plays the right way
  13. I don't oppose this move if Hawks do get Gasol, but there could be better options out there
  14. Is he gonna be a Starter or coming out from the bench? I dont know if Paul Gasol like being a bench player he usually plays as a starter
  15. Im not sure if Gasol trade would be worth it, he's become a really soft player, but he's still a very skilled big.
  16. Agreed, even as a spurs fan, for me its still tough to compare Tony Parker and Jeff Teague, Both are great point guards, Tony Parker is fortunate to play with Coach Pop, Tim duncan, and Manu ginobili for so many years.
  17. The only reason i think why i see Bud might try to put Dennis as a starter is probably because he's hoping that he can make Dennis like Tony Parker not skill wise, but more like hoping that he grows, build that loyalty and be a franchise PG player for the Hawks, like when Pop put Tony Parker as a starter when he was a rookie. That's just my guess.
  18. 1. One of the problems is rebounding, If you keep Al and Sap, that's not enough size. It's a possibility that Al horford might get traded, that just a feeling i get, but who knows they might decide to keep Al to lock in the team chemistry, and make small trades instead of a blockbuster deal. About Splitter, i believe he will be likely to get traded if he can't stay healthy. 2. Im not one of those Teague haters, Teague is one of the top 10 point guards in the NBA in my opinion. I also agree and fear that if coach Bud decides to put Dennis as a starter it won't go very smoothly. Dennis usually tend to play out of control, and cause a lot of turnovers. I don't hate Dennis either, I just don't think it will be a good idea if they put Dennis as a starter but I trust Coach Bud and the Hawks organization whatever move they going to make to help build a bright future team for the Hawks. Characteristics: If you play in Bud's system almost similar to the Spurs system, you need unselfish, good character, and hard worker players. I also think you need someone to be in that leadership role, Spurs have the veterans they just help the new players and the new players just blend in really quickly and follow their leadership. Hawks i can't really tell who's the leader, but they have good team chemistry, i was really hoping Jeff teague would take that leadership role, but i haven't seen him do it, i actually haven't see a single player in the Hawks have taken that leadership role. George Hill is very good player, very unselfish, and high IQ player, he's a former Spur, it would be easier for him to learn Bud's system. I can see this George hill and Jeff Teague trade a possibility but you never know what moves Coach Bud and Hawks going to make. Dwight Howard, he's a very good rebounder, improved on his free throws but not really good a post player, had a lot of injuries in the past that decline his game performance, and missed a lot of games too when he was with the Rockets. This could be a possible trade but i don't think it's going to happen. It's really hard to predict what trades Hawks going to make or if there's no trade coming at all. But one thing that im sure is if Hawks going to make a trade, they would look for a player that can play and fit in Bud's system.
  19. Plus Kyle korver too when Delladenova dived on KK ankles. Also, making in the ECF for the first time in franchise history without Thabo is really impressive for me
  20. I didn't say i didn't support a trade.. trade or no trade/add a player both moves would be fine with me, and that's just my opinion.
  21. I support this move too, hawks have really good team chemistry but they 've been struggling since Demarre Caroll left.
