This team has trouble closing out quarters. Sharife needs to step up his floor game. He's missed Jalen wide open rolling to the basket several times. I normally wouldn't even mention it, but his vision and passing is too elite to be missing those.

Cam Thomas is a pure scorer. I liked him coming out of the draft.

They are both top 15. I know it seems like splitting hairs, but this guy didn't want to put Trae in the same tier as Luka. For him to claim defensively, Trae is the worst player in the league is disingenuous.

I see no defensive problems. If Jrue and Ben couldn't stop him in the playoffs what makes you think they will magically stop him in the regular season. I guess you mean slow him down? They may slow him down here and there, but if Trae improves his three point shooting. I don't see them even slowing him down.

I think this maybe true, but the second unit all has slightly different skill sets than the first unit. Although we may be stylistically similar, I believe how you game plan for Trae vs Sharife is different. How game plan for John vs JJ will be different. So on and so forth.
