Al could'nt start in Indiana because both Oneal and Artest were better than him.That's all to it.Artest is gone, and they need a starting sf/pf.They never wanted to trade Harrington away.He asked for a trade, so he could start somewhere.

I recommend this video to everyone who was too young to see Bird Play.I'm only 27,and i didn't start watching the nba until 1988. So I only saw Bird from 1988-1992. I had forgotten what a great passer he was.That pass at 1:53 into the video was beautiful!! Also Bird/Nique was one of the greatest games ever i think Bird scored 20pts in the 4th quarter and Nique scored 16 in the 4th.Damn, if only the hawks had closed out the series in game 6 ... it could have been there year.

it's his own fault that he's not here anymore. He had chances to be the starting pg, sg and sf here ,and he failed He got outplayed by Lue, Childress and Jsmith and sometimes Donta too.Diaw was a big disapointment in 2005, so after Marvin was drafted ,Diaw had to go, But if you wanna blame someone, i would blame Woody for not getting the most out of Diaw while he was here. Instead of letting Diaw play to his strengths,((passing , ball movement. slashing)) he tried to force him to makeup for the hawks weaknesses (outside shooting), but diaw didnt have much range on his shot.And that led to him passing up alot of open shots.When Diaw would'nt shoot when woody wanted him to... thats when all the "DNP'S" started piling up. There was no reason for him to be getting DNP-CD every night, on a 13 win team. By the end of the season Diaw was ready to go back to france, because he didnt want to be here anymore. hmmm Thinking about Woody right now has me wondering Who is he he going to mistreat this year? 2005= Diaw & Jon Barry 2006= Tony Delk 2007= ????????? Anyway, I still don't think diaw is all that great.If Childress or Smith were playing in Phx, they would look like allstars IMO.
