The season starts in Summer League gramps, where we will get our first glimpse of the youngins. Anyone remember how fat Udonis Haslem was out of college? Ended up going overseas for 1 year after going undrafted,worked on his body and look at him now.

I checked out the age thing. He started highschool, transfered to a different highschool after 3 month but had to go back to 8th grade. Because of this he had the redshirt (something about him.not graduating with his original high school class) his freshman year at Villanova. It gave him a chance to work on his body and I'm glad he did - he was a fat kid.

Aaaahhh....the flipping at the deadline. I had high hopes this past trade deadline, I'm not putting much stock in that again and Travis' negotiating skills.

I don't think both (that would bring our roster to 14) and I don't think this will be our opening night roster. We still have $16 mill in capspace if we renounce all other capholds and sign our rookies.

Schlenk also said he was ok taking a step back from the playoffs for a year or 2. So what is 30-35 wins exactly? He still expected to lose a bunch of games. I think here's a difference between losing games and tanking. One is you aren't good enough to win games but still compete to a point. The other is trading or buying out vets at the trade deadline and sitting vets at the end of the season to make sure your lottery pick has the best odds. I agree with @High5. I can see the season playing out much the same way unless the kiddies surprise. But like I said, until the FA dust settles we won't know what's Schlenk intended direction.
