Is Jim Jackson still on the Heat's roster

I was trying to figure out whether Jim Jackson was a FA are not because he isn't listed on the roster over at real.gm. I know Hawks officials think he isn't a good guy to have on the team but the guy shot almost 47% from the 3point range playing 33mpg, and we definitely need another 3point threat.
