After the signing of Ham I think a lot of the people on this board are satisfied with our team as it is....

I DO NOT think we are done....

I am about 90% we will be trading for a solid SG...

The most likely situation I can think of is.....

Nazr to Orlando for Mike Miller

This makes perfect sense for both teams.... and I honestly think it will happen.... I am a little bit concerned that if we do this and Theo gets hurt we would not have a good center to play.... that is why I was thinking that we could buy ouy Email's contract or maybe just cut someone, so that we could sign a capable veteran BU center with leadership skills.... if this happens, we win the east without a question IMO

I like the signings of Ham, but we still need a 3 pt threat to spread the floor a bit more offensively.

We will need a SG who can shoot a high percentage from downtown, doesn't demand the ball on offense, and plays solid defense (doesn't have to be a defense specialist).

Mike Miller does shoot a high%, but he took close to 13 shots a game last year, will he be willing to take less shots? what about his defense?

I don't think we should trade Nazr, we will need him because Theo's health is a major factor to this team success.

I opposed to the Mike Miller deal. I would rather see us buying out E-mail's or CC's (unlikely) contract and get us a Walt Williams type player to come off the bench to drain the 3s.

I'm not so sure another move is imminent or even necessary. Right now, today, we have Hendu/Naz as inside threats, Dion/Ham for midrange-slashers and Dickau as a long range threat for the second unit. I would like to see CC and/or Davis moved for some cap relief, maybe cash considerations, expiring contracts, or future picks.

Because we dump Nazr and Theo goes down, we are HOZZZED. We would be the same no-defense team we were last season. They are not going to commit to Theo that fully yet. He's going to have to prove that he's somewhat durable now. Nazr is a great insurance policy to have on him. He's not going to win all-nba awards or anything, but he's a damn good backup to have "just in case". we have plenty of offense.

I know, Trace, but Davis would at least clear up some roster space (we all know Pete does'nt like to have more than 12 unless he's forced). Hendu is the reason my post is marked as edited, because i'd like to see his enormous salary go away, but not necessarliy Hendu himself, especially since Theo is likely to miss games this year (hopefully less than twenty) and when healty and motivated he does good things off the bench. Same goes for Crawford, but the two of them have obvious health and salary red flags.
