Gambit99
As a trainer, when someone mentioned Chill being slow before the game I paid extra attention to that tonight. I noticed that Chill moves like a receiver and not a running back. To effectively guard 2's he needs to shorten his steps/slides, move his feet faster and increase his reaction speed in his calves and quads. He moves faster when he's looking to move in a straight line for 4 or more steps, but when changing directions his movements are not as quick due to the bigger steps. He could probable stay with Michael Jenkins or Roddy White, but would get lost trying to keep up with Vick or Dunn moving around the pocket or the line. Latter drills/speed stadiums/quick feet step drill and things of that nature plus lifting weights with explosive movements in his legs will help.
