Hawksfreak
It is unbelievable tonight when I went to the game. No heart out of anybody. Lazy, I couldn't believe my eyes I thought we learned a lesson last night! Yes, we did fight back and got to the free throw line but guys this is awful stuff I've been seeing. 25 turnovers turned into 24 points!!!!! 25 turnovers! They also had 19 steals! I have never felt like this in a long time but we need to step it up now. Not later, now! The bucks are in front of us and I don't care how early it is but we have a team that should be 10-2 right now. I am never going to leave the Hawks but this is ridiculous. We can't keep winning 3 games then dropping 3 games. We need to be more flowing. Again Jason Walker and I were the only Hawks fans yelling our heads off. We have to start on Tuesday and show that we are a threat. We can't back down, it looks like we are going to quit on ourselves already. We should be 10-2 not 6-7. We need to show up starting Tuesday!!!! We need to gel quickly! I still am 100% confident that we are a huge threat in the NBA but we need to show it now! I would suggest we try getting Kenny Anderson.
Guest
Kenny Anderson isn't... Vince Carter Allen Iverson Tim Duncan Chris Webber Kevin Garnett Gary Payton Jason Kidd Shaq Kobe Tmac Paul Pierce Wouldn't it be nice to have Duncan instead of THeo and Shareef? The problem is we only have position rebounders and such.We have limite hustle players and SMART players. Hawksfreak
Is a true Point Guard who wants to come to ATL. He can make shots and has abilities that all PG have. JT is clearly a SG. Eventhough he is avaraging 8 assists we need to bring in a true PG to not only help the team but to teach JT. We don't have a true PG on this team. We need one and a good one we can handle is Kenny.
Guest
Kenny Anderson is a Journeyman that never lived up to the hype.He and and Derrick Coleman were two of the biggest failures in the 90's.Not to mention he is a cancer and that is why he can't get any play in Seattle.I know they have Payton, but it's clear Kenny is going to sit on the bench becuse of his attitude.Boston didn't want Kenny back and Seattle doesn't want him either.Your thinking small. We don't have the type of team that is sucessful in the game today. You really need alittle bit of athletic ability. We have a huge lack of athletic ability.Shareef has no hops as he is one of the most blocked PF's in the league.Big Dog either. It's a struggle for him to do anything other that shoot a jumpshot. We have nobody that takes it to the basket strong and our only slasher is Dion and he is inconsisant. There are going to be times in games were players will need to create for themselves and we don't have the players to do that. Even as mediocre as we were last year we are missing DJ's athletic ability. A true PG isn't going to force players to be clutch who aren't clutch.A true PG isn't going to force players to work harder diving for loose balls and such. We have alot of problems and anything other than Payton or Kidd isn't going to help cover up all the holes the team has.The team has alot of problems MOSTLY on the defense side of the ball. Hello we have gave up 100 points in like 4 str8 games. A true PG isn't going to solve that.We are getting TOASTED on the defensive end. Detroit/Boston/Lakers/Houston(Francis is really a SG)/ Minnesota none of these teams have true PG's.
