BK and Woody need to win on 07-08. If the Spirit group wins their suit in Maryland, they'll be free to change the management team (something they can't do now). BK will move one or both of the picks for veteran help (and that help will need to have short term contracts that meet the conditions of the current court holding)in the hopes of a real playoff push.
