The Dark Knight Teaser Trailer!

For those who didn't know yet, the Dark Knight is the sequel to Batman Begins.

I had enormous doubts about Heath Ledger playing the joker. I admit that I haven't really seen a movie with Heath Ledger before, but his reputation as a "pretty boy" concerned me. I thought there were a dozen better actors better suited for the role of the Joker, and was flabbergasted that Nolan picked this kid to play such an iconic character.

Well, color me impressed, cuz those doubts are quickly washing away. Firstly, here's a new pic of Heath in Joker duds. Credit goes to IGN for providing the pic:

Secondly, from the teaser alone, I think he sounds solid as the Joker. Wasn't used to it at first, but it quickly grew on me. But it wasn't his speech that sold me (it was good though), it was his laughter! The laughter is just so spot-on.

I'm officially stoked, and I have complete faith in Nolan to deliver a (2nd) kickass Batman flick.
