Look at it. Parker is a shoot-first PG who has occasional TO trouble. And Tinsley has attitude problems,poor work ethics & is far too inconsistent.He's so inconsistent that Walsh brought Timmy Hardaway & his aching knees outta retirement. Part of the reason we didn't draft him,I think, Is cause Pete was still burned by that Rider trade{part of that is cause the Hawks only bring in classy players,& Tinsley,like J.R.; doesn't fit that mold}However, I think Parker would be an upgrade as a leader.
