I put my username and everything, and it says invalid.

It doesn't use your display name, it uses the name you registered with so if you've changed it since then make sure you type in your original name in the proper case and put in your password in the proper case as well.

On a side note I'm looking for a new chat solution, maybe going back to the one we used last year, since this one allows banned members to enter.
