CBA Question - How Many NBA owners are NHL owners?

How many of the NBA's owners are also owners of NHL teams? The reason I asked is because after the NHL lockout a few years back every NHL contract was rolled back 24%. Is it possible they could try this in the NBA or is the NBAPA too strong to allow this to happen? And is it a possibility we could see the 20% to one player max limit as well?
