Via Hawks Press Release:

Hawks forward 
Marvin Williams
 had an MRI this afternoon on his right knee and it was determined that he has a bone bruise.  His status is day-to-day.  He did not travel with the team to Minnesota for Friday’s game.

So some good news as it could have been a lot worse. Hopefully Marvin is back in a few days.
