If we had Carmelo starting in the Bazemore spot would it move the needle for us?

IMO Dennis, Hardaway, Melo, Sap, and Dwight matches up VERY WELL with Cleveland and honestly they're the only legitimate contender in the east. 

I believe Carmelo has a no trade clause so everything is moot if he's happy in New York but if he's NOT would Bazemore, Splitter (filler) and a protected 1st be too much too little or just right? (I'm honestly curious)

So 1) Would you? 2) Would NY ? and 3)What would it take?
