By the way, I menat to comment on this earlier but physically, Theo looks REALLY good. His chest, arms and legs look more muscular than ever. Look at the pic. You can see the definition in his arms and legs. Hopefully, he will continue to workout hard and come into camp in great shape. I LOVE what I see so far though.

Theo does appear to be bigger.If that is the case then he has

been working out more than some want to believe.It's just a

question if he can stay healthy or not.

If we can have this type of D in the middle all season we may cause some "ripples" in the east. I think we are one to two players away from being legit contenders.
