if it is a "little problem" it seems we would have had it figured out over the course of the day.

i also don't like the GM's silence on the matter (although I understand that that's Billy's style).

this is a big signing for the Hawks and we have little room to screw it up. if anyone has any info as to what the hold-up might be, please post it....

It makes me uncomfortable too..However, I assume it probably has something to do with the new CBA and all the parties understanding it correctly..I really haven't heard much news on any team, so maybe everyones having 1st time issues.

How many "procedural" issues did the Hawks go through to get the sale of the team to Belkin and Gearon finalized?

It seems like the NBA puts more scrutiny on anything the Hawks do. I bet that if this were the Knicks or the Lakers doing this deal, it would have gone through snag free.

Of all the deals that went through today, I think one involving three teams....why did ours have to hit a damn snag? Boy I tell u it is not easy being a Hawks fan.

They take 2 months to sign a damn CBA deal, delaying it 3 times and now they are trying to screw us out of a deal. I hate the NBA organization.

If this deal doesn't go thru I swear there has to be some kind of conspiracy against the Hawks!!
